The room was nice. Parking was extra and a few blocks away. The shower tiles hurt your feet. For a bed and breakfast you'd expect a great quality breakfast but it was a crappy little egg and bagel set up in their office.

Came with a large group. The common/pool area is perfect for that. What makes it even better is the free happy hour at the pool. The rooms are a little small for me, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

The location is good but that's the only good thing. The sound insulation is pretty bad. I can hear my neighbors talking clearly from left and right, up and down.I didnt sleep at all during that one nightGosh I spent almost $300 for it

I booked it myself and made a crucial mistake only having one bed in the room, and I went to the office only to find my angel.Alina, this young lady did her magic and got me into a beautiful room with two beds and we were able to enjoy our vacation!!!! She did that at no extra cost to me, which I thought was more than generous!!!! She is the reason I will be back to Key West and will only have to make 1 phone call for my room at the Duval Inn!! She and the rest of the staff do anything in their power to make you feel right at home!! Love the whole experience!!

We love the Duval Inn. The staff is extremely friendly, the grounds are beautiful , the rooms are clean, and the location is great. The Duval Inn provides a very relaxed environment. We will be repeat customers.

Alina, the woman at the front desk was AWESOME! Extremely pleasant and helpful. Location is perfect. The rooms are quaint and cozy and property was emaculate. Loved the pool area. Breakfast was basic and lacked variety, but it did the job. Nice for a couples getaway.

It was amazing. The service was great and Mary at the front desk was super friendly. I was sorry to hear about her mother passing but she was a trooper none the less. Also, the amount of feral cats that wonder the property at night amazed me and my friends. We had a great time naming them and inventing tales of fancy while imagining all the mischief they would get themselves into. If you do stay here, look out for Mr. Picklebottom, he's the orange and white large tabby with one eye. He was my favorite:) Also, the beds were comfortable.

Great location and very friendly, accommodating staff. Room was well decorated, very clean and organized. Bathroom is spacious. In-room fridge with access to ice, filtered water and microwave was greatly appreciated. Pool and courtyard makes this place a welcoming paridise. Wish I could give it 4.5 instead of 4 stars- only con is lack of storage place for clothes. Though can't speak to all its rooms since due to last minute booking we got their smallest room "Orchid". This room is perfect if you are traveling light and get along well with your companion. Hotel in general is by far my favorite so far. Looking forward to staying in their other rooms in the future.

This place is a rip off. We were overcharged - scam. We got a luxury room with TV but guess what and a balcony. But guess what? The TV didn't work and hadn't worked in 3 months. They didn't come to fix it so we wanted a refund. They refused. And the "balcony" is really the fire escape mandatory for the back units. Overlooks a lovely parking lot. They moved us to a smaller room, same price, again refusing the lower the price. Charges $15 per day to park 4 blocks away. From the front porch the view across the street is of garbage cans, and back of a commercial building. THERE IS NO MANAGER ON SITE. The happy hour is a glass of cheap wine or liquor. The pool is about 12x12 and the depth in a very small corner is 5. Elsewhere it is 3 ft. Wow. Lots of fun.
