  My dog Blondie was scheduled for an appointment there 6/28/2017 for 11:30 am . My husband received a call from Nicole the day of after 8 am stating we missed her appointment at 7:30 am and that we had to reschedule. First of all I would've never made her appointment that early and it clearly says in my email that she was scheduled for 11:30 am. Bad customer service and highly unprofessional. I'll be looking for another location to take her.

  The people here are so nice. I adopted my Riley from Peak Lab back in July, and this is where I picked him up from. I have currently had always gone to Banfield, but after being refused to be seen by three locations when my dog needed to be seen after an allergic reaction I went back to this VCA. They helped my baby and were super nice and didn't refuse to see him even though it was late. Needless to say I will be officially switching over to VCA completely. Great place and great staff!

  This is my vet place and a great place to take your animals to both my boobs go there on a regular basis checkups and whatnot. I highly recommend that you use Apex VCA Animal Hospital as a place to take your animals

  I would rate the facility in general and the attending staff a 5. If I was rating the dr we saw it would be a 2. Over a number of visits the dr we saw was nice and concerned with the condition of our beloved animal, but she was all over the place with her diagnosis and treatment plans. It added more stress to the already grief situation and prognosis. She did what we felt was best, but she was also very clear when she did not agree with us. I can respect that to an extent, but I cannot respect when she made it out to be about money. She went as far as asking our credit card limit and giving advice on how to pay for an expensive surgery she was recommending. That crossed a line and her undertones were definitely not appreciated.
  
  The facility is nice, definitely animal friendly (even kid friendly!), the staff always greeted us in a cheerful manner and were pleasant every time we called. I would definitely use this facility again, however I would definitaly ask to be seen by a different doctor.

  Both the humans and the dog loves it here. The staff is amazing, we love the care club and my dog looks forward to going to the vet. Without a doubt the best vet I've been to in any state I've lived. I tell everyone about this place

  Found VCA to be very professional in the way they handle my two Labs. Most recently, one of our dogs had a dental clean operation. They kept us informed every step of the procedure as several teeth had to be extracted. The operation was a total success!
  
  I also appreciate the fact that they were helpful in assisting me with the paperwork involved.
  
  I found every aspect of VCA to be efficient and pleasant.
