I've found all their staff from the front to the clinical team, very friendly, skilled, knowledgeable and caring. I had a very sick cat that I decided not to bring to vet anymore, because it would be too much stress for him and we knew he isn't going to get better. Dr. Bush took many hours in several occasions to answer every single question I had via email without charging any consult or exam fee. I'm so grateful for what everyone and especially Dr. Bush did for my cat. I've taken a few stray cats there too, and they have special discounts for good samaritan.

How to take a client's dog there. Dog was at an emergency office didn't like them. So when they're doctor's office opened up I took the dog there people-friendly but not full of information. Didn't seem have as much passion as I thought. But very nice people.

Very friendly and reasonably priced. They'll actually give you options on what you can do for your pet, and they email back to make scheduling easier.

I've been coming here for 4 years and I'm always happy with the quality of care and pricing of their veterinary services. Recently, I boarded my dog there for the first time during a long weekend and was looking forward to seeing my girl run to me after spending time away. To my surprise, when she came out she sniffed everyone in the room and didn't even care that I was there to pick her up! I'm happy that my dog's experience was very positive and that I can trust the staff there to make the boarding process as smooth as possible.

The vets at New Hope are amazing. I found them to be very supportive and friendly, reasonably priced, and very competent. My dog Chloe had kidney failure and they did a wonderful job of doing everything we could for her, and, when the time came, helping her pass peacefully and happily. They even put out some mats and blankets so we could do the procedure in a puddle of sunshine outside, because that was Chloe's favorite place. I would absolutely recommend them.

New hope has taken care of my cats and dogs for the last 6 years. They have an awesome, caring staff. They make time for emergencies but don't charge emergency rates. They support local animal rescues which is an important factor for me. I love their vets and their staff.

The entire staff at New Hope are very caring. Dr. Soren came in on his day off to see my dog when she was very sick. Unfortunately she had to be put down shortly after and he was compassionate and caring during the whole thing.

We've taken our 2 dogs to New Hope for the past 5 years and absolutely love it. It's very easy to get an appointment and they accept drop-offs if there isn't an appointment available the same day. The entire staff is great and very knowledgeable. The boarding is also very reasonable and I've never been concerned with leaving my pets with them.
