As a recruiter for Skin Sense, a day spa, we are always searching for the top echelon of therapists. The massage therapy program at Gwinnett College (formerly the Medical Arts School), Raleigh Campus has an outstanding curriculum. The graduating students are well rounded and ready for "real world" work .

This school changed my life! I was an X-ray tech for 20 years but something was missing. I was looking for a healthy hobby that would help me age gracefully. I found massage. I am now a licensed massage therapist and I love my new career. Since graduating, I come back often to get massages at the clinic. I share my story with many students and friends and I tell them I will always be a part of this school because, without this wonderful group of teachers and administrators, I would never have succeeded.
    Thank you, Gwinnett College!!
I will see you all friday when I come get my massage.

Perfect facility! I love this school and love how the teachers and rest of the facility treat us students! Always willing to help those who actually try and want to succeed! I will always recommend this school to people for Massage Therapy! It is a great program for sure! ♥️ I can only hope the school continues to expand and thrive because David, Alison, and Monica do a great job of motivating and helping their students as much as they can (as I've already said!) Just overall awesome school!

Went to school for massage therapy here and was completely satisfied from start to finish. The education was top notch, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and if you don't understand something they are always willing to take the extra time to explain it in a different way. Going into the massage licensing exam after my days as a student, I felt equipped and was able to pass with flying colors because of the base of knowledge I was provided. I love this school and would highly recommend it over any other massage school (or massage clinic!) in the area!!

My Experience at Gwinnett College was Amazing. I was a Graduate for MOA program back in 2013. I then came back November of last year to complete the MA program..which I just completed, and graduated last Friday. The campus director is AWESOME!!! He makes sure you are taken care of, and if you need any help or having any issues..he always step it!!!! Great School, and Great Staff☺😊

The decision I made to enroll at TMAS was one of my BEST life decisions! The campus director, David, was extremely resourceful and helpful from my first day, to graduation, and especially post grad. He has provided me w/ a plethora of career opportunities, A1 references , as well as letter of recommendations. The instructors were great as well!! They were strict/firm w/ the students as it was needed for us to gain the proper knowledge, understanding, & hands on experience of the medical field. But, also understanding of our everyday lives outside of the classroom.
Two months after graduating from TMAS I became a registered MA and I am now a certified phlebotomist and it all began at TMAS!!!!

I can't say enough about The Medical Arts School! In my role as Regional Recruiter for Hand & Stone, I work with graduates from programs all over Central NC and TMAS students are among the best in terms of preparation and professionalism! David Sessoms and Monica Meza are an absolute joy to work with and go out of their way to assist with our staffing needs! I look forward to continuing our working relationship for years to come!

We have been recruiting Massage Therapists from The Medical Arts School since we opened in 2011. The students come out of this program with a well rounded knowledge of Massage Therapy. The staff has been very welcoming, everyone from instructors to administrators. There is only one area that I would recommend for improvement - increase the number of Massage Therapy students/graduates! We need more great Therapists!

We look forward to continuing our win-win relationship with The Medical Arts School.
