I love riding the bus here in Durham. My favorite driver is Berthie Hyde. He is always on time and very friendly. I remember one time I was late getting to the bus stop and he waited at the stop and waited for the correct time to depart. I don't see him driving anymore and I really hope he still drives the bus. I look forward to others being as nice as he is. Thank you so much Berthie. Keep up the good work.

The driver don't really care what time they get back to the terminal . There fore people are late . They'd rather you be late then to be early . Looking for the actual number to call or report or something

Should take less time. I love it although I walk when ever possible because of the time first the time the bus are clean, the drivers aren't always so mean they're are a few nice ones and while i was pregnant they where the best. You should make them have badge numbers so we can report them esp for their kindness they should be recognized might make the other drivers do better.

I agree with other posts about drivers being nasty and mean. With the exception of a few most are unpleasant and rude, they won't even speak. As person who works with the public I think drivers should have to take a customer service class.

It is clean, offers a public restroom, and is usually a good place to sit down for a while to charge your phone and check out the news on 📺

The number 5 is never on time after 4 pm so you will miss your next bus, they need the 5k up until 7pm to help with work load.

Sort of difficult to find but it is exactly where Google maps says it is. I dropped my friend of there for a Mega Bus. It kind of just sits there on the street. Odd. Seemed easy enough though.

Drivers are nasty and mean. They leave you when another bus is just pulling in the terminal. They have no compassion for the disabled. Nor do they care for the lost. The director is not considerable about the people that ride data. It is just a job to them. Need a new transportation service in Durham that cares for the people. Especially the people of the poorer community-based environments. We need love too.
