The 'manager' on duty today at the Crabtree Valley Mall store knows absolutely nothing about a timepiece.
She tried to sell herself as "an Invicta authorized representative", which is completely not true.
This is a watch store to avoid.

F*** Them. Worst watch repair place in the industry. Took two watches there for a simple battery replacement. Broke one and admitted it. Had to wait for them to order in a new part, which they got wrong the first time. Just found out the watch I thought they had fixed correctly the jerry rigged together with a sticker to keep the battery in place. They had broken the clip inside the watch that holds the battery down. I couldn't get my alarm to beep at me so I opened the watch up to discover this months after having the battery replaced. I will never go near a Dakota Watch Company again. I strongly urge you to stay away as well. No one who works there knows what they are doing. I would have given them zero stars if I could.
