This tour was so much fun. We got a few spooky stories and introduced to some fun new bars we would have never found normally. Our tour guide had a great personality. I would definitely recommend the ghost tour and bar crawl. However, if you're looking for young party bar hopping tour, this isn't for you. This is more of an adult date night kind of thing. If you go, ask for Dave as your guide! He was seriously the best!!

Went on the Haunted Footsteps Walking Tour. My husband and I were on vacation from out of town, and I really like learning the history of wherever it is I'm visiting. While your level of belief in the paranormal or supernatural may vary, the real draw with this tour is the storytelling ability of the guide. If I recall correctly, our guide's name was Jean. Jean had an incredible talent for storytelling and our tour was more like a walking performance. I don't mean this in a hokey sense. The stories were told with fervor to really get you interested, but Jean was also very personable and humorous between stops. She even made sure to look out for magnolia blossoms along our walk since she found out neither my husband nor I had ever smelled one. I would certainly recommend this tour and especially this guide. Be warned that there are graphic depictions (verbal and pictorial) of multiple deaths, so the tour may not be suitable for children.

Tobacco Road Tours provided a mini-bus for my shop's first (of many!) picking trip. They had the best price and I was very impressed with their service. The bus showed up in plenty of time to load, and our driver Jimmy safely carted us around ALL DAY. He even went above and beyond and helped us load all of our finds in the bus - chairs, tables, headboards, more tables, art, lamps and light fixtures, a bar the list goes on. We were astonished at all that we could fit in the bus! The trip was such a success that I will be sure to call TRT in the future for our next trip thinking September or October, so pencil me in your calendar, guys!!!!

Did the ghost tour and was a waste of money . You just walk and they tell you some stories . Not worth it . Could've been made up

Our tour guide, Chlöe, was excellent! My husband and I went on the Haunted Pub Crawl in Durham on NYE this year and she did a fabulous job! I LOVED hearing about the history behind the old buildings in the American Tobacco Campus. Great job!

We took two tours with Tobacco Road. Brad was our tour guide. He is a natural story teller, very engaging, and made this tour much more enjoyable and informative than I ever would have expected! We had a lot of fun, learned a lot, and felt we were in the company of good, old friends with him. Absolutely recommend TBR Tours!

Some of our friends came from out of town so we decided to give them an introduction to Raleigh. Our tour guide, Brad, was excellent. We learned so much about the history of the city - and the state of North Carolina. The sites we visited were very interesting, and the neighborhoods were gorgeous - in spite of the intermittent heavy rains.
It was definitely a very worthwhile tour, and well worth the fare.
