Its a post office. This is the 2nd least popular category on 4square, after the dmv. And I use to be a data scientist the so would know.

Much better service than other post offices, but worst customers. I've seen people threaten each other while in line a few times.

Back in '08 I put some money in the stamp machine, and it ate my dollar. I find a staffer, he says, "whad' you do? You put da dollar in too fast you broke da machine. You want it back? wait in line"

Better than most post offices, but beware long lines before closing. Check out the automated systems located near the door to see if you can get things done without a worker and save some time.

The line for a window is terrifying, and you want to stay out of it. But in recent years they've done a lot to improve service, particularly with the main self-serve shipping kiosk. Nice to see.Â
