  Highly recommended for all hour pickups, love the text notifications, we use this place a lot. We've never had any issues with our parcels. Staff are always friendly, sent us a thank you card with a Starbucks card, etc. Keepers.

  Terrible experience, will not be taking my business there anymore. My parcel was not put in a locker as it should have been. When I sent my boyfriend walking across to get it with my code (because I have a back injury and the car wasn't prepared to drive across) the woman refused to give it to him and refused to let him use the phone to contact me. He wasted 30 minutes walking in 30 degree heat carrying a dolly. I then had to walk over carrying the dolly despite my back injury and the woman ignored my first 2 calls for service despite being in hearing range. This ruined my day as I was on a tight schedule. This woman did not care that she lost a customer today. There are 5 pickup places and most of them are closer than this one. I'll take my 15 packages a month to a company that cares.

  Phoned in to see if my Parcel had arrived (the shipper might have sent it to the wrong place, not 24/7's fault) Explained that it was an outfit for my newborn coming in two weeks. That night I went by after work to pick it up. There was a note with my package from Kate, wishing me all the best with my new born. That's service you don't see anymore. Blew me away and I work in the Customer Service business. This will be my shipping place for life. I know there are other places nearby that people can ship to. This place has the best price, most convenient, easy to work with, and reliable service.

  Picked up dozens of parcels from the sumas location. Never a problem and I can pick up any time at my convenience. I head down at 4am before work. No problem, no line ups, no waiting. Awesome!

  They are open until 5pm, not 6pm as is noted on here! Come on google, get your act together! I just wasted a trip to the states. Yes I am aware of the credit and code you can have, but some things CAN'T be picked up like that because of their size. Not their fault, they are a pretty decent place to pick up your parcel from.

  They are the fastest in Sumas from the point of delivery to the point it's ready to be picked up. Email or text message or both the second it goes in a locker and another email confirming it's been picked up.
