  Horrible if you have cat allergies But if you need a US shipping address for all that internet shopping, it does the job.

  Long line ups which means long waits. About 25% of the time, they couldn't find my parcel which was there. A lot of extra hassle and waiting time while they try to sort out their mix ups. Also, in the past had checked with them if they could take a piece of machinery that we ordered, off a truck. We gave them the weight and the measurements. They said that would be no problem. When the piece of machinery came in, they could not even remotely lift it off the truck. That left us scrambling all afternoon trying to find a way to get this piece of machinery off the truck elsewhere. We have much better service at the other pickup place,

  I have dealt here for several years now. The staff here are always pleasant and the price is good. Location is great (3 or 4 minute walk from the border). Highly recommended.

  I always get my parcels here. I have been for over 3 years. Never once have had an issue. Staff are friendly. But are often not there on any fixed schedule. Don't plan for them to be there.

  It's a depot for receiving packages. Nothing spectacular but no screw ups either. When a service does its job and you don't have to think about it, then I say they are deserving of praise. Been using them for years and see no reason to ever stop.

  They used to be great. Lately not so. Their fees keep going up. Poor customer service. I have contacted them 3 times to let them know that I'm not receiving their email alerts about packages arriving. Still do not get the emails. A vendor forgot my customer # on my package and i am left to believe that it is lost somewhere at Ship HappensI emailed to enquire if they had it & have not received any reply. So a Christmas gift was bought for nothing. I hope that someone is enjoying it. Now using Pic It Up.

  Excellent staff. Friendly and happy. I pick it up coming from Mission and it's worth it.
