We visited this fireplace store today and spent about twenty minutes with the owner, who turned out to be very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with us to coordinate the new configuration of our gas fireplace in transition from "the log" to a beautiful black fireglass, setting us up with the new gas pipes as well. I'm inclined to give this store a thumbs up, and will gladly refer clients or friends to this store.

Never do this but this was very strange. Stopped in and the gentleman behind the counter was asleep. When I said, "hello!" he didn't wake up. I walked around the store for a bit and he woke up. Just weird. He was very nice but at that point I just wanted to get out of there
