  I will keep it short and sweet; do your job. If you can't deliver on time, hire new people. For years you have been slow, delayed, and inconsistent. Once again, do your job OR hire new people. Management must be replaced.

  I've never had problems with this post office it seems to be long lines at times and long waiting times but they also have the self service you can use to send your packages so you never have to go up to the counter,
  I have been mailing things from this post office for the last 15 years never had anyone be rude to me so I really don't understand why these people are giving bad reviews
  Matter of fact I was just there yesterday mail 2 packages from the self-service location never had to go to the counter there were 12 people in line I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes
  Going to the counter first thing this morning at 9 to get stamps you should be no line

  These people are the rudest of all the post offices ive been to. Bad customer service. Slow. They lose my mail and put my mail into the wrong boxthey put other peoples mail in my box as well. Ill be canceling my po box there asap. Try to avoid this place.the customer service is by grumpy ladies who are rude.

  If you live in Sylmar and need a package delivered, don't bother having it delivered. Their version of doing their job is "attempting to deliver a package" which I guess is code for walk into a building, look at the mailboxes and leave a note saying you weren't home without so much as trying to bring the package up to the apartment. I've lived isn't in apartments my entire life, most without elevators, this building HAS an elevator by the way, and yet the carrier didn't even try to come up. This is the first post office I've seen that CAN'T BE BOTHERED THEIR GOVERNMENT PAID JOB.
  I honestly believe that THIS office is why the government wanted to cut funding.
