  Good place to take care of all your mail needs. Friendly staff. There's plenty of parking behind the building in a city's parking structure.

  Use to be a good place to have a box. Now they just have a bunch of morons working there who don't seem to care much.

  I dropped off a package at this location. It was a cell phone return envelope to my cell phone carrier's insurance dept. The package was never scanned and months later the carrier charged me $410. I am not sure if it was their fault or the fault of the USPS, but I was told that the package was never scanned. This business told me to go take it up with the USPS, all while the USPS told me that the Beverly Hills Postal Place did not have that package with their daily pickup. Which suggests one of two things, either something went wrong and this package was lost and now I'm paying for it, or someone stole it and now I'm paying for it. EITHER WAY, I DROPPED THE PACKAGE OFF HERE, AND I ENDED UP PAYING $410. So they have lost my trust COMPLETELY, and I wanted to post this review so others know my story and maybe it will make a DENT in their trust for this place as well.
