Being breeders & exhibitors of pugs for many years in the Upper Valley, my husband & I are pleased with the knowledge that Dr. Stewart Ketcham & the staff of the Upper Valley Veterinary Services has shown for our flat face breed. Anesthesia is a hugh concern for us & we've never had a problem with Upper Valley Vet Servs. We have nothing but positive experiences & would recommend them.

I took my dog and cat here and didn't really have a great experience. My pets were seen by Dr. Matino (Spelling?) and although she was nice, I don't think she communicated very well. The office staff were all very nice. If I was to go back here, I would request the other Doctor.
