Everyone is amazing especially the oncology department. My 14 year old cat is now in remission after be treated!! I just recently had my youngest cat also diagnosed with lymphoma and everyone has been so amazing to me and him. They truly care about the animals they treat! I will be forever grateful to them!

I went in for an emergency visit after my dog fractured her pelvis. They met us outside with a stretcher before I even made it in the building to ask them to come out with help. They were compassionate and very thorough with my pooch. I was so thankful to have made the choice to go to a new place for her care.

The doctor was great while examining my dog but they are way over priced and it has been a huge struggle and run around getting an affordable prescription for my dog's UTI. They prescribed a $160 antibiotic that only they can fill even though there is a more affordable alternative that can be filled at a local pharmacy for a fraction of the cost. I've been trying for 5 days to get the prescription but get one excuse after another.

In 2013 I brought my 17-year-old three-legged cat in because he was having seizures. Walking backwards and yowling. Three weeks earlier I brought him in when the symptoms started to a different vet in Nashua. I asked him about my cat's distended belly, as I've asked many vets before. I was told the same thing I'd been told before. " If he can clear his own bladder he should be fine."

Apparently that was incorrect. The woman at this clinic after looking at my cat for 10 minutes literally told me I was "a horrible owner" and that my cat had been neglected and for it he'd need put down. I cared for that cat dearly and he was well loved in fact his little ash box is sitting on my desk with his collars wrapped around it. I spent more money on that cat in 16 years that I had on anything in my entire life. At only a year he got out and was hit by a car. The choice was made to leave his limp useless fourth arm attached. We'd been through thick and thin and like 8 apartments.

She said his bladder was so distended that even without the brain tumors that killed him he would likely have died of kidney failure in the future. I did not come to this clinic for an appraisal of my character and snap judgement. I came as a balling mess with the cat that I had loved and cared for since the age of ten. FOR HELP.

She gave him a shot and he went limp. She took him and said to see the woman at the desk about paying the bill.

If that woman still works there this place is not worth your time. You and your pet deserve better I'm sure. It was hard to write this without profanity.

I brought my dog here because she had symptoms of brain cancer (which is what turned out to be a correct diagnosis). The staff and vet were wonderful. I wasn't willing to pay for an MRI to diagnose something that was not curable, and although they suggested having it done, it was not a hard sell at all. We all need to be advocates for our own (and our dogs) health care and treatment options. I highly recommend them, and I also think it's incumbent on us to research diagnostic and treatment options and make the best decisions for our pets.

We had a very satisfying and professional experience at this veterinary hospital. We were treated with the utmost respect and care as well as our cat Brady as well. When you are that concerned about the welfare of your most cherished pet I would highly recommend taking your pet here.
Thanks to all the doctors and professionals who made this trying time much easier to bear!

Dr. Kennedy and the entire staff is incredible. I can't say enough about the care that my sweet Tank received as he had two masses removed a couple of weeks ago. My other dog had double knee surgery there a few years ago and is doing awesome. I won't take my furkids anywhere else their surgeons are top-notch!

After hearing a heart murmur and seeing changes in my cat's heart on x-ray, I was referred to the cardiologist at SNHVRH. I must say it was a very pleasant and informative experience. everyone was extremely friendly, and the staff handled my cat with utmost care. Dr. Fiakpui was VERY thorough in explaining the results of the echo to me, and I have a clear understanding of my cat's condition now. I got thorough documentation as well as instructions on how to monitor his condition. It really put me at ease to know what I can do at home to monitor him. Altogether, I feel he is in good hands with Dr. Fiakpui at SNHVRH.
