Dr. Zimmerman and their part time vet are both great! I recently rescued a dog and feel like I've been a regular at Best Friends ever since trying to get his health sorted out. Dr. Zimmerman and her staff (especially Anne) are very compassionate and knows their stuff. My dog had to have three teeth removed and they made the procedure easy and stress free.

My first visit with one of the alternate vets was not great. I went back a second time and made sure I got Dr. Zimmerman for my pup. Make sure you get her for your appointment, she's amazing!! Very compassionate and knows her stuff. The vet techs are all great too.

I've been so happy with BFAH. Even though I've moved about 50 miles away, I still bring Ted back again and again for his regular checkups. They love him, and he loves them. I've never see a dog that actually enjoys going to the vet, but he loves going to Best Friends to see his. best friends.

Best Friends Animal Hospital is the BEST! Dr. Zimmerman and her staff are the most caring and wonderful people. My little guy Nelson was so nervous on his first visit that Dr. Zimmerman suggested we not push him to do anything he didn't feel comfortable with. I was so impressed and happy to hear that she had my dog's mental well-being as her first priority! We rescheduled to a week later and Nelson did great! He was a bit nervous at first but with compassionate care, cookies, and cheese, he was wagging his tail in no time! A huge success!
We also bring our English Bulldog Zoe to Dr. Zimmerman and have had great experiences with her and her staff as well! Best Friend's actually carries Zoe's allergy medicine so we don't have to travel to Concord anymore! A fantastic help! I can't say enough great things about this place :)

An amazing vet. I've been going to them since I moved here 2 years ago, and I would reccomend them to everyone. the staff were very sweet and gentle with my cat, and Dr zimmerman explained things clearly and answered all my questions the best she could. They even went out of their way to send me a medicine she needed when I couldn't travel to pick it up.

What an amazing place to take your pets. Whether they are ill or just a routine check up. Everyone is ever so helpful and understanding. Dr. Kristi is fantastic and I would recommend d her to many; as I have. I couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate place to take my fur babies. My dogs LOVE going there. That says alot. I would most definitely recommend Best Friends Animal Hospital.

I've been taking my dog here since he was a little puppy and I can say that I've always been very happy with their service! The doctors and technicians are very knowledgeable and caring and they explain everything very well. They always squeeze you in when you need something looked at or have a last minute situation. We love this place!

We have a young male cat almost 2 years old, he became ill one day and we brought him to an emergency vet. We followed up our appointment with Best Friends. We were nervous about bringing him to another vet after an unpleasant, unhelpful, and over priced experience elsewhere

We were very pleased with the attitude and atmosphere of the establishment as soon as we walked in. Kristi Zimmerman, DVM was very personable and knowledgeable. She was very kind and gentle with our cat. I would highly recommend going here if you want to know your pet is in good hands. The price is another reason i will continue to recommend Best Friends Animal Hospital.
