We take our sugar gliders here. All of the staff are friendly. One of our gliders sustained a foot injury recently and we had to take her every couple of weeks for 3 visits total. The same vet saw her each time and was wonderful. You can see that she cares about people's pets and takes time to explain things. We will continue to go here.

You can't find a better exotic vet in the Manchester area. They have not one, but two vets who are very experienced with rats and always err on the side of caution. I have been taking my rats for the past few months and I've overall been pretty pleased. They even trimmed my boy's nails when they neutered him! Excellent rates for the quality service they provide. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is that the front desk staff are often pretty rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, and it hurts my feelings. I may update after my boy is completely healed from his neuter if anything changes.

The doctors are very caring, but the techs and receptionists can make you feel a bit like a number and not a person. Otherwise, the care is great there!

With 3 dogs that are a bit older now (one passed a few months ago), I am at their office often. They always take great of my pups. I completely trust them!

The only place we take our dog. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. They are very friendly and honest. I've never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. If you want a vet that cares about your pet I would def recommend them. Very happy with their service and staff.

Ive been going here for 17 years, Dr.Bloomfield was just amazing and so informative, and such a caring Doctor, im very sad to see him retire, i hope to recive the same treatment as Dr. Bloomfield as given me. I will continue going to Northside, i know i wont find another Dr. Bloomfield but i know he hired only the best that he could find. Enjoy your retirement Dr. Bloomfield!! Maggie,Lucy,Daisy,and Copper will miss you.
