We have ordered two pali crib/dresser sets from Simons. The first almost two years ago without any problems. The first set came within 6-8 weeks as promised. The second set we ordered recently prior to a move several states away. It wasn't until we moved did we realize the crib was given to us in the wrong color. Simons worked to rectify the situation. Once I was able to work with Mark he set up an exchange at a local baby furniture store to get the right color at no cost to us. All of this occurred within 2 weeks of my original phone call. Overall I am pleased with the way Simons handled this mishap and love both our crib sets.

We are currently going through the same hassle that everyone else seems to be having with Simon's. We received our crib set (2 dressers and crib) in May. Since then, we have had nothing but issues.

The one 3 door dresser we have had a broken middle drawer (it was stuck open). We called Simon's to report the issue and was told they would look into it and call us back. Well two weeks goes by and nothing, so I call back and finally make an appointment for someone to come out and check out the dresser. They cancelled the first appointment and said they would call back to reschedule. Of course, they never did and again two weeks went by until we called to follow up. They scheduled again and when they finally did come, they just replaced the drawer with another drawer from a similar dresser. Well surprise, within a week the dresser was broken. It took over a month for someone to get back to us with another possible resolution. When we did finally get a hold of them, they send us new rails for the drawer. Well, a few weeks later then drawer broke again plus, we noticed that the crib was now warped as well. Again over a month went by and numerous phone calles before they sent a contractor to come look at both the dresser and the crib. Finally, the drawer now seems to be fixed, however, the crib is still an issue.

The contractor said she could not fix the crib and said she will be talking to Simon's to find out what they would like the next steps to be. Well, its been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard anything. When I called today and spoke to the owner, he had no idea what was going on and had to read notes, to which he told me he would call me back in 24 hours. Hopefully I hear from him. Its been ALMOST A YEAR and we are still dealing with Simon's in regards to the sub-par crib set we bought.

Not once have we gotten an apology or any other offers to make this right. Every time we call, we are treated as if we are an inconvenience. My husband and I are all about supporting small, but for our next baby we will be going to a big box store. I really had high hopes for Simon's.

We had a very good experience at Simon's. The clerks were very helpful when we were deciding which baby furniture to purchase. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing a floor model crib and 6 drawer dresser that fit our needs - and the price was amazing. Simon's layaway program was amazing as well. I'd highly recommend shopping here. They have high quality baby/child furniture for decent prices.

We ordered a crib and glider/recliner from Simon's. We had a great experience- it took us a while to decide on the furniture so we spent a lot of weekends visiting the store without purchasing anything but the sales people were always very friendly and knowledgeable about everything baby. When it came to ordering the furniture, the process was very straight forward. The furniture is built to order so it can take around 6 weeks for delivery- we were aware of this and gave ourselves plenty of time for delivery before our little guy arrived.

Delivery went very smoothly- the delivery guys brought the furniture in and up to our nursery. They used furniture pads to cover the floor when they were carrying everything in and cleaned up when they were done.

Overall we had a great experience with Simon's and would recommend them to other future parents.
