Kurt was very friendly and patient. We were very set on a specific price point and he worked very hard to get us there. He didn't get upset or frustrated while working with us which was nice as I know we were quite difficult people to deal with. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Ubersox in the last 3 years.

Aaron was also very helpful. He is great at his job, quick and to the point (plus he has the comfy chairs!)

Lousy. Very rude!! Bunch of young punks. Came in looking to buy a used vehicle and was basically told I was an idiot. Going down the street to either pioneer or Uganda who treat people with dignity. Wish I could give negative stars

I contacted Ubersox about a truck they had listed on CarGurus. We spoke about the condition of the vehicle 3 times and based on the conversation and pictures we made them an offer, which their sales manager accepted. I asked that they put a hold on the truck until we could arrive to pick it up THE NEXT DAY, as we live over 3 hours from the dealership. They verbally told me they pulled it off the lot, placing a "hold" sticker in the window. The salesman called me 1 hour later saying that they just had 3 other interested parties call and that all 3 would be there to look at the truck 1 hour before I was to arrive to purchase it the following day, and that they could not hold it unless a sum of money was deposited. I called back and spoke with the sales manager, who denied any wrongdoing and tried to tell me how highly ranked their dealership was in the Midwest. Absolutely believe everything you read below about poor service and high pressure sales tactics. The two gentlemen I worked with were the general manager and a salesman named Alex.

Ask for Reno or Jason my father would recommend them and he worked there 11 years with over 32 years car sales experience total on the industry

Can I give -5 stars? Went in looking for a new truck. I wanted a black truck with all the chrome. They only had a blacked out truck. Told them I didn't like that. They said I could have all the extras for free, black rims, tinned window, black mirrors, etc. I said no I want the chrome. The manager comes over and said are you going to buy this truck today or what. Well I didn't buy the truck. They didn't list to what I wanted. So went to Turpin Dodge in Dubuque, we built the truck I wanted. Couldn't be happier. They are more friendly at Turpin also sales staff isnt pushy. Dont waste your time going to Ubersox.

It all depends on who you deal with here.
In sales it's very nice that they don't give up on finding you a vehicle. On the other hand they also don't always consider your budget or personal interest, they see a bonus check whenever they sell a car, Period. In service it again depends on who you deal with. Personally the service is no better or worse than anywhere else. I do like the rental prices and selections though.

Personally had a really good experience with these guys. I had a litany of questions, and they put me in contact with the previous owner of the car so I could get the rundown without a pitch. Unheard of. I was flying across country to get the car and Mike the owner picked me up from Dubuque over 30 mins away. Once we settled on price, nothing was a hassle - Reno and Derek both went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Great experience with everyone I was in contact during the process.

Horrible service, every time I go there it's a hassle to get the same service as I would at my dealership back home. I am constantly contacting my home dealership asking if what they're doing is correct and 9 times out of 10 it isn't, and when I bring it up they get angry with me. The problem isn't necessarily with the technicians who work on the cars, more with the shop manager. Anytime I brought my car in he made it sound like everything was my fault, doubting that anything was at their fault but "was going to look into it." Which I don't know how much "looking into" a situation can be done in less than half an hour.

Everyone in town which I talk to (even some who work there) call the place "ubersucks" which I find to be rather fitting. Also, if employees of the place say that, why would you trust taking your vehicle to them? With that attitude I'd rather find someone who cares about my cars, not someone who hates their job.

I would NOT recommend going there to get service done on your vehicle, of any kind. There are better dealerships out there who will treat you with a lot more respect and actually try to get you a better deal on vehicles and service!
