Salesman was very personable. Upbeat place. Rex Gates was very helpful in showing me the car. He got answers to all my questions. Dealer fixed the rattles before we picked it up. Got a full tank of gas and the car was detailed. Rex followed up to ensure the work was done and the car ready for us to pick up at 6:30. The experience was very positive and we will recommend Rosen to our friends.

Eric Tharp was probably the most honest, down to earth salesmen I have ever met. As he would say he is a "no B.S kind of person", and the advice his Mom gave him of just being himself got him our business. He listened to what my wife and I wanted and came through ten fold. We basically had an impossible situation, and he kept reassuring us everything was going to be fine. Eric and the Rosen family do work for the customer, you aren't just another sale to them and it truly shows. We love our Juke and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Thank you for not being your typical dealership.

Everyone at Rosen Nissan was very professional, friendly, family-like, helpful, & courteous, most of all very understanding. As in these days, and these times, many of us are experiencing hardships - financially and/or economically, whatever it be.etc.. whether we have jobs or not. Yet the staff there did not judge me in any way; I felt I could tell them anything. (Very personable) They helped me thick & thin to get what I needed. After purchasing our Nissan Murano, we set up an appointment with a Terrific person named Kevin to show us the basics of all the new technology since my last vehicle I bought in 2002. Much to the delight and surprise of me and my new wife, Kevin went way beyond explaining the basics. Kevin went over EVERYTHING and was extremely polite and patient as he did so. I immediately new from the moment we were introduced, Kevin was a real gentleman and I wish I had enjoyed his company throughout the entire sales process. When the need arises again for a new vehicle, I will certainly make an appointment to only have him show us the new vehicles.
At closing our Finance Manager Dan or Don, sorry, was also Outstanding. Very patient and thorough. Both gentleman seemed genuinely appreciative of our business and made us feel Welcome to ask for any help in the future. Great Job Guys!!!!!!!

I received excellent customer service!!!! My sales representative Joe Franco was awesome !!!!! He treated my daughter and I like we were important, and that was our first time meeting him. He made me feel like a valued customer. I trust him enough to where, if I have any problems of concerns, i will not hesitate to contact Joe Franco. I believe that he gave me a good package deal on my vehicle. I got what I wanted. I am very pleased at the outcome. I highly recommend my coworkers and family to Rosen Car Dealership, and ask for Joe Franco, he will for sure help you.
He even gave me a follow up phone call the next day, to see how I'm doing with my new vehicle. I am very pleased!!!!

REYNA MORALES IS THE BEST ROSEN NISSAN REPRESENTATIVE!!! I'm so happy with my car :'D If it wouldn't be for her I wouldn't ever buy a car there. She was very helpful and patient with me. She did the process quick and simple. She took her time to help me decided the perfect fit for me. SHE IS AWESOME. This experience was better than I could have imagined and a true answer to prayers. Staff is informative and friendly, working hours and hours to give the best deal even when presented negative credit. Russ Darrow refused to give me a vehicle because I would not settle for their offer of a vehicle I was uninterested in. Rosen got me into the 2016 SUV I wanted for cheaper than the used sedan Russ Darrow said they would lose money on by giving it to me. If you want a great deal on a great car with a great dealership go Rosen Nissan all the way!
