Shady dealership. They have the car I was looking for online. When I took the drive to go see it, a salesman said that it was having "car problems" and was sent to a dealership to see it. I came back to the car next week and it was "sold." Guy asked me if I wanted another car You guys should get a car that is not being sold off your website so you don't bait and switch Garbage shady place. AVOID at all costs.

I brought my truck in about an oil leak a few weeks after their warranty ended. They fixed it up without charging me and without any hassle.

Super rude and well like all car sales men lied straight up in my face when i was 2 steps ahead of what the car had and was worth. Key of advice if u are going to bs dont put the carfax info online.

I went to Dimond Jims looking to finance my first car, gave them all my info and they said I was approved and I drove the car home with signed paperwork and all. Turns out they didn't give the bank any of my info and just wanted a quick sale. I got a call a week later and said I needed to bring the car back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Horrible service. Sales person Andrew took my info, ran my credit, then never called me back or returned any calls. Personally know someone that was sold a truck with out a spare..was told they would get him one next day. Never happened. Truck had to be towed within a month of purchase because the brakes overheated and started smoking. Only buy here if you don't expect much for your hard earned money.

Two vehicles purchased from diamond jims, two broken down hunka of junk not working. This lot is trash. They spruce up vehicles to look nice. The one vehicle a cadalac cts 2003 worked for less than 1 year before running into severe transmission problems. A 2002 jeep grand cherokee barely gets 10k miles a year put on it lasts 3 years barely and starts having transmission problems. They arw a myrad of other problems with both vehicles as well. This place is disgusting. I reccomned shopping else where unless you like wasting your money. Diamond Jims is a scam. I knew the owners father. The owner and my grandfather were good friends. My grandpa told me never to buy from diamond jims and i didnt listen. My grandpa being a good friend of Diamomd Jim which btw was his name wouldnt purchase from him. Tldr Grandpa was friends with the entreprenuer. Grandpa said he was a cheap ass dont buy from him. Bought two sperate vehicles from here. Both have transmisson problems in less than 30k miles.

I recently purchased a beautiful Acura tl from Diamond jims. I love the car. But I discovered that the vehicle was gonna be due for an oil change. I was just going bend over and take it. And walk away a somewhat disgruntled customer. Until they reached out to me. I explained the situation and not only did they change my oil, they detailed my entire car. Completely unexpected. Great guys. Great service.

Bought my vehicle from Diamond Jim's and got sold into extra insurance that they recommended me to get. Two months later I go back up to the dealership and sign paperwork to cancel the extra insurance that they sold me into, and they never forwarded the paperwork to APEX. This place is VERY unorganized.

My Daughter and I showed up at Diamond Jim's the other day because of a friends referral. Lizzie popped out immediately to assist us with a smile. My Daughter is not an easy one to please ever, so she made Lizzie work very hard to find the perfect vehicle; one that was affordable, but also made Miss particular Happy. I am now looking to purchase a vehicle, and will ask no one for assistance but Lizzie. She is awesome and has our total trust that the vehicles we bring home are the best that Diamond Jim's has for our budget. Thank You Lizzie
