One of the best kept secrets in the car business. Huge amount of cars and service like no other. You can go to other auctions but then your dealing with minimal car counts and poor customer service.

Ok so I have to explain what a joke this place of business really is. The last problem I had was about a year ago when I brought 2 high end cars to sell and one of the drivers parked my lexus into a light post and the manager said he couldn't do anything about it. Ok well if I was a manager and one of my employees parked a lexus into a light post I would probably offer to have it fixed at the least. Correct? Nope nothing. For the next few months the staff begged me to come back and they would offer me a couple buyer fee's. Ok went and spent about another 60-80k and now brings me to the experience of today when I purchased a lexus on line and drove the 4hrs to auction to find out they couldn't find keys for the car. (Time) (money) not enough patients for a place of business that treats the people that keep them in business like they are garbage. Will not be attending this auction again (EVER) no stars for you.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY Rude service! I called to get more information about there services and Caitlin was very rude over the phone I have a licensed dealer I'm working with and I will not be sending him to this establishment PERIOD! I have over $30,000 cash for a car and they will not be getting my money I will post other reviews on other social media platforms I've never received such rude service in my life!!!
