We went shopping here looking for a wedding dress because I didn't want to go to the big stores. It was a great experience. The owner is very helpful with helping you get dresses on, as well as suggesting dresses for you. I tried on things I would have never picked out for myself. I found the perfect dress for me as well as a beautiful dress for my maid of honor. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress at a reasonable price.

Sounds like the bad reviews are only from butthurt stuck up b*tches in my opinion. These ladies are fabulous. They helped me find my wedding gown plus accessories and I have done consignment with them in the past.

Here's the things ladies and gents. Consignment is gently worn. Not stained, ripped, vomited on. It doesn't matter if you paid $5,000 or $50. Its been worn on your body with your extract of B.O., dead skin cells, skin oils, and shedding hair, and whatever else your date and entourage donated to your stellar ensemble.

It's like a car you drive it off the lot and it drops substantially in value. New is not owned. New is never bought and owned. New is off the factory line and untouched. Also to those who bought it but never wore, seasons change and so does style. So THAT will effect price.

Not to mention cleaning fees by the shop, pay for employees to sort and rack, and it may take up valuable rack space and not sale. So ladies be ladies and understand economics and supply and demand before you fling mud. Or else it's eBay and Craigslist for you darling.

As far as bad customer service I personally have never experienced it. If you so happen to be a customer who did experience bad service why not be an adult instead of a passive aggressive jerk online and contact the business. Some of you say, "Well I tried to call them "X" amount of times and NEVER heard anything."

When in reality it was once and you called on a Friday and didn't hear back by 12am Monday morning and flipped your drama button on to over drive. PUHLEASE.

Ladies you are fabulous and provide outstanding service and product. 5 stars.

Looks like there's another customer that had a bad experience. They lost a wedding dress. I had to go through the dresees . Been in there 4 times. Exchange numbers.
The owner has not contacted or pay me for my loss. Heads up. Take pictures of your dresses. They are unorganized. Also asked them how much they think they'll get for it. They only paid me $25.00 for another dress.

The lady in here is a hoot! I looked high and low for a veil that I could wear with my pixie haircut, and low and behold she helped me find it in about a minute. She definitely made my day easier, now I can finally check my veil off my list! Thank you two times a lady!

These ladies r the best! I didn't even know what I wanted. I'm so picky and a complicated customer, plus their was a criteria for the the dress I had to get foe graduation. The ladies picked out 3 dresses and they found me the one. :-) I spent an entire day shopping and they were my last stop. They found the perfect dress in 10 mins, and it was extremely affordable!! These ladies were more than polite too and they know their stuff. Also, they hav nice accessories too. I recommend anyone who is trying to find the right dress to go here as your 1st stop!! Thank you again so much!!

This is some of the best costumer service I have ever received. Hundreds of dresses and every style and color you could think of. I found the perfect prom dress for an amazing price. Would 100% recommend here for anyone looking for a formal dress.
