Ted ciano’s have the greatest service. I gave Evan a call and let him know I had got turned down several times because I had no credit. Evan said come in and let’s see what we can do. I walked in I met Clayton he also played a big role working the financial side. Then he and Evan put there brilliant minds together advised me on what to do and I was rolling off the lot the next day in the car of my choice that I picked out and at a reasonable price. I couldn’t of met 2 of the finest in my time of needing a car. It was also a pleasure to meet Mrs Ciano she was just as wonderful in person as her commercials. Humble group of people. Loved every minute of the company.

Recently found a particular vehicle at this dealer that I was interested in and after much time invested worked out a price for which they did a bill of sale against. Credit run came back with an approval and upon closing the deal, the dealer backed out because they did not have a "buyer" for the vehicle I was trading. Much time spent and a huge inconvenience.

They take advantage of people that they know have the money to buy a luxury car and pay for it in full and drive off the lot.
I hope when the codes come back it reads that there has been airbag deployment and they produced a fake CARFAX for my RANGE ROVER SPORT I BOUGHT & feel I could have been taken care of better on price as well as the clean up on the car. Badr business HORRIBLE & I have a feeling the truth will come to light & I can take action from that point on.
When I told them about the damage they had the audacity to accuse me of causing it and when I asked to speak to the owner and manager neither one would come out because they are cowards that sold their friends car & did not show the damage to the buyer.
Do not buy from them do not entertain their business at all.
It will be a glorious day I see they ate out of business !!!

My experience with Ted Ciano's was amazing from beginning to end. We are a military family, so we were buying from afar. I worked with Debbie Signor and she was so professional and so eager to help me find the exact make/model/miles I was looking for. She worked tirelessly for weeks to find me exactly what I wanted for my price point. She kept me in the loop. When I picked up the car, Debbie and Clayton got me in and out quickly.
Everyone is friendly, respectful, and not pushy. I would absolutely buy from them again!! Thank you Debbie for working so hard for us! We love our new Sienna!!!

The truck I bought was missing the rear access panel. I was promised they would send me a new one. Supposedly, the guy who sold me the truck was laid off shortly after and my file fell through the cracks. I left a negative review over a year later and the owner promptly followed up on it and gave me a call to make things right.
I was shortly sent a new panel. It is a black panel and my truck is tan, but that is something that doesn't bother me too much. Also, considering most of my truck bed has a black liner it doesn't look half bad.

All-in-all, I think they do a good job taking care of their customers, and are very friendly. The only reason I am giving a four star review is because my truck went almost a year and a half without an access panel for my tailgate. Nevertheless, I would happily do business with them again.
