Nice clean fun atmosphere for most to enjoy their time but the only downfall is that poker is the only game and Pai Gow as well the Staff is quick to help all people who are there soo overall a fun place most can enjoy !!!

An old Greyhound Track that may have seen better days, but is a decent night out for young and old. Other reviews knocked the place for cleanliness and maintenance. We were there on a Saturday night and the place was clean and there were several families having a night out at the races. Yes the track area was in need of mowing and paint, so what? The dogs ran on time and it was fun. A large portion of the building is a newer poker room with maybe 30 tables. Games and a tournament were ongoing. All in all, the staff was polite and helpful, place was decent for ambiance and parking was easy! We're going to return many times. Lol, i have to mention that the win, place, show pools were tiny, probably 1000 $ total combined! So if your going there to make a killing on dog racing bets live at the track, forget it! I bet 5 to win without checking the pool size knocked my 3 to one choice to even money! Lol. There is simulcasting from the much larger south Florida tracks, Tampa, Flagler, Hollywood, Jacksonville, etc. And the simulcasting seating holds about 50 people, so it is not a bad place for betting in the larger pools of those tracks. I recommend this place if you want a night out.

The dealers and staff here are exceptional. The games are fun and have high winning odds in favor of the player. Very clean. Looks sketchy outside but once you're inside everything is wonderful. They have security patrolling on the outside. Safe location.

Staff was friendly but the facility is very dated and smells. The odor is definitely coming from the worn out carpet. Food was actually decent but I couldn't really enjoy it for wondering what type of shape the kitchen is probably in.

This place seems to be more geared towards poker, as the track and the associated amenities are somewhat dated. Overall, not a terrible place, but they could definitely use some updating.

Just wow. I made the mistake of going there on a Friday night. First the place is very depressing. The dealers are cracking jokes at what I would think are the regulars, OK, that is cool I suppose. After a while that gets kinda old. I saw numerous times over about 4 hours the dealers calling out wrong hands, pushing the pots to the wrong people, not seeing the winning cards, and having the players point out the mistakes. Now for the people playing. I saw one angry guy cursing and for what seemed forever making fun of of several player for "playing bad" while the dealer just sat there. Finally another player had to come to the older guy rescue by calling out the guy for been rude. Later we had to call the floor over to tell the guy to stop been rude to all of the players, again the players had to not the dealer. I finally had to move tables to get away from the rude guy that was left unchecked by the dealers. At my new table one of the players was basically running the game. In the course of an hour I saw him pick up another players cards to show the rest of table after a player mucked their cards, tell me to stop raising so much (and to play higher stakes if I wanted to raise, of course only when he was trying to limp in), and anytime he lost a hand to tell the winner of the hand how bad they played the hand. All the while as the dealers just sat there and said nothing. At least on Fridays you can learn all about the bad side of society from the other players table talk drugs, drinking, how they went to prison, how they are scaming something now. I will saying for where it is located the snack part food is actually kinda good there.

It was a good room with nice dealers. The volume was an appropriate level. It was nice to play poker without slot machines dinging in my ear.

It is what it is, a shell of what it once was. Its obvious only reason they have dog racing is so they can have poker. They have put no money in the track in years. The dogs bibs are so dirty you cant tell who is who as they race.. Last week there the dog dining area had NO AIR CONDITIONING. Poker room was cooler.
Drinks prices are GREAT 8 beers less than 20 bucks. However I think they are higher in poker room.response / report this review -

Friendly staff and good rewards for poker players. The only complaint I have is that when other players get upset and or nasty about either losing a hand or the way someone else plays it's not addressed in a fashion that deters it from happening again and again. Sore losers and even sore winners are unpleasant to say the least.
