Liars, scoop and bow to their patrons. the insurance companies. I was lied to, put off for a week no work done. Completely out out of spite because I showed the manager the obvious cause of the problem and he acted like he was retarted. He was big Kahouna and I was a customer trying to lie. Nether are true!
I was insulted, disparaged and minimized. Never again!!!

I brought my car in to have the front bumper replaced when a trash truck hit me. It was in the shop for more than a month. The first thing I did when I got home was closely inspect the repair quality. It was good for the most part. There was a weird rough spot that wasn't there beforehand, but it can be buffed out. There are uneven gaps on the trim pieces, but I suppose it can never be the same as the original. My main concern is the rear taillight that is cracked in two places. I know for a fact it was not like that when I took it in. My car is ten years old and only has four small dings and only 36,000 miles on it. I know exactly how it looked when I dropped it off. When I took it for them to look at the taillight, the supervisor said they wouldn't do anything about it because he said it must have had work done before because one side of the trunk is barely unflush. No work had been done previously. Even if it had, the taillight wasn't like that before it sat in their bay over a month where anything could happen. Also, my husband said the unflush trunk is due to the trunk latch or one side shutting on an item in the trunk. They repaired a vehicle for me last year and I had no issues. I guess because it didn't stay in the bay for a month. It just aggravates me that because someone could've easily walked by and accidentally hit it with something that now I have to spend money to replace it. Especially when it wasn't my fault my car was in the shop in the first place. Jen was great in handling all my original repair issues. I'm just not happy with the supervisor's refusal to make things right.

I have been using Pine Forest Automotive and Paint/Body for over 12 years, they have always been very friendly, helpful, efficient, as well as Rated AAA, and a preferred shop by insurance carriers for auto repair, plus they provide a lifetime warranty on auto/body work. They provide quality work for a fair price. If I ever had any problem at anytime, they immediately handled my concern in a timely and professional manner.

Great collision repair and automotive repair. The people here do a great job and always attempt to exceed expectations. They offer great service. They're a USAA and AAA authorized shop. Look for their service coupons (they'll give them to you, and honor them if they're expired by a few days). Good value great workmanship.

Fantastic customer service!!! I called with questions about an oil leak and they were very courteous and informative. Friendly! Taking the time to answer all of my questions. Once I got there I was greeted by smiling faces. My service was expedited quickly by knowledgeable technicians who also took the time to explain what was happening in a friendly manner. Great experience!!! Worth the trip!!!

Nov. 14 I took my car to Pine forest automotive beforehand I took to Firestone and Firestone said I had a blown head gasket. Jimmy I guess the manager said it wasn't a blown head gasket and said I needed a water pump manifold and new radiator. I paid $1306 for all repairs. On Nov 15 my car was still not running correctly. I took it back to Pine Forest Automotive and Jimmy told me there was nothing wrong with my car and they changed the oil. On Dec. 23 I was leaving to drive to St. Pete to see my family for Christmas. I went to accelerate up a hill and my car wouldn't go. I barely made it off the road and the car was smoking heavily. Thank God I was only 55 miles away and had AAA. My holiday was ruined!!! I was stuck at home alone during Christmas not seeing my family and no transportation. The General Manager Ernie Angeles had the audacity to not give me a full refund or not guarantee I wouldn't have to pay any more money!!!! $1300 is not enough huh?? Pine Forest Automotive is the worst shop ever they are scammers and con artists!!! Don't ever bring your car there they will definitely rip you off!!!

I can't speak for the whole shop but the alignment tech is excellent. He is the most analysis person I've ever met when doing a front end alignment. He's excellent. Absolutely perfect

I went here to get my car repaired. The staff was friendly and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They kept in contact with me threw out the whole repair process. They even have a website where you could see pictures of your repair step by step. After I recorded my vehicle back it like ones better than ever everything was perfectuntil it rained. My passenger side door had to be replaced during the repair. I guess they put it on incorrectly thats how the rain seeped threw the seal and it would scratch my tint every time I rolled my window down there were 3 deep scratches with the exact same pattern. I took my vehicle back to the repair shop they fixed the door so water would seep threw but they told me they weren't going to replace the tint because it looked like someone scratched it. How could someone make 3 identical scratches in different spots? Of course after they fixed the door the scratches stopped. I came to the conclusion that when my door was off track and water was seeping in that also caused the scratches on my tint they just didn't want to pay for their mistake. I would not recommend this repair center to anyone they look good at first glance but they're not. I hope this helps you with your decision.

This review has been edited to match your files for your November sales. Thomas Bullock, purchased a car in November 2015, only put a couple hundred miles on it. Had to have it towed for a broken fuel line. When it got dropped off they said it would be a couple days, understandable just dropping off with no appointment. Heard nothing, kept calling and they kept saying it was next in line. Finally 2 weeks later the car is on the lift, am told the bill is over $700.00 to repair. Called and complained about the customer service of no updates on the car no nothing. Asked for discount because of being without a vehicle for 2 weeks and had to depend on people for a ride. They told me the hose was over $400 and couldn't do much. They gave 10% off the total of the bill. Went to get the car and wanted to use my aaa card for an additional discount and they said they couldn't honor it because they already gave a discount. Got home looked at the receipt to find the part was $123.72. I understand it is a used car, but would think you would want to keep a customer happy to maybe come in and buy a new car, or to spread the word of a good experience. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
The purchaser of this car was Thomas Bullock, no confusion
