Never had luck with any Tuttle-Click dealership. First Chrysler many years ago. Now Ford. $135 to diagnose something they couldn't fix. No parts. Took it to South Coast Lincoln. Fixed!

Just purchased a new car from Tuttle Click. Our sales person was Masoud who was fantastic. Above our expectations. Also Gianna in finance was so helpful and charming. Lastly Calvin a sales manager did us really good on our trade in. I had been using their service department for a couple of years and was so impressed that decided to go to them for a new car. So glad we did.

Let me start by saying that if Paul wasn't there I would probably rate this place 2stars. Paul is the only man that is working and even though he has a big line waiting for him he takes the time to make you feel welcomed, and awesome for leaving your car in good hands. The only advice I'll give Paul is to relax a little and smile more, you can see the worried face on him because he's probably always thinking people waiting in line for ever would be mad at him. On the contrary Paul, Smile!

I was very impressed with the service I at this Ford location. They ordered the part; I came back the next day and they did the repair/install in less than 1 hour! They were all very polite and professional. My only lite complaint is that the part was VERY expensive. However I was in vacation and I was happy with the speed of the repair.

We were referred to Tim McCormick and he was the best salesperson! The dealership is a very nice place with a room for kids to hang out (we were there a while!) and everyone was very friendly and low key (no pressure). Absolutely loved it and we will be buying future vehicles here!

I could only speak for my experience with the particular sale man, Marcin.
I've dealt the price through email exchange. After agreeing with the deal, I setup the time to come in, test drive, inspect the overall car. Everything went smoothly and I was able to walk out the dealership within 1hr, and yes 1 hr. That's the quickest experience I've ever been at a dealership, even quicker than some test drives.
I set my expectation and everything was above it, so I would say it's a 5-star service.

Brandon Jacobson is amazing. We have purchased 3 vehicles from him and we will come back for the next one. He is knowledgeable and listens to his customers. No pushy hard core selling, he is honest and establishes credibility immediately. He made the entire experience painless and fast. He also takes the time to walk thru all the features of your new vehicle and makes himself available after the sale. He is top notch! We also have been buying cars and having them serviced at Tuttle Click Irvine for over 15 years, the entire team is professional and I wouldn't think of buying or taking my cars anywhere else.

I've been to many dealerships and I've NEVER been treated as good as I have at Tuttle Click Ford Lincoln in Irvine. If you're looking for a straight shooting dealership that you can build a great working relationship with, then this is the place for you. Strongly recommend this place to any and everyone. I bought my F-150 here and continue to go back for service, which is very fast and that's important to me since I purchase for business reasons.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Service advisor relayed a thorough and exact diagnosis on vehicle to me. He also saved me money by not replacing unnecessary parts. Part of the issue was quoted one price but they were able to reuse some parts. Which cut my fee in half for that particular job! My vehicle was also fixed 1/2 a day early.
On a different note, the next day I stopped by service again b/c my power window button was stuck sideways and I couldn't roll the window up. A different service advisor came out, popped the panel off and fixed it without charging me a dime.
I will definitely return due to friendliness and accuracy of service!

Jim Follmer was hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very responsive when I needed him to be and never once "harassed" me like most other car salesmen. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants and worked with me to find the perfect truck for me. I will for sure go to him for my future car buying needs.

We had a great experience here! It is hard to find a Ford dealership where the salesmen are not overbearing, but Brett S. and Calvin were great! I was not sure if we were going to leave with a car, but we picked up a Mustang GT! Brett was very patient and informative the entire time. We were definitely be back here in the future.

Yeah, Yeah Who would ever give a dealership a high rating. I have been going to this dealership for my vehicles for a long time. This is a straight up honest dealership that knows that doing the customer right will get that customer coming back again and again.

I have recently purchased a vehicle from them using the internet and a buying service. I knew the vehicle that I wanted, they stated that it was not available, but that they would happily order it. Incidentally, the buying service referred me to 4 dealerships for purchasing the car, this dealership was the only one to respond promptly and determine that it would be best to order it.

Service Department - while dealership service departments have a reputation for being expensive and less than competent. This group is competent and accurate, I have not had to return because it was not fixed right. - price: well..
