  The belt on my vehicle broke and caused damage to some hoses the day before I was to go out of town. Turnpike Ford (Marmet) did everything they could to get me in immediately and fix my vehicle so that I could go out of town as planned. They were very professional, and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. I will most definitely be working with them on future servicing for my vehicle.

  Very friendly and helpful staff! My car overheated and locked up on a trip from Ohio to Florida and we got stranded here. Turnpike Ford helped us get back on the road in one day and shuttled us to where we needed to go in the meantime. We would have been lost without them. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or out of town!

  Service Department was excellent. Had my truck back within three days. The body shop had my truck for THREE WEEKS to fix a minor bumper issue from being backed into. I never received a phone call concerning the status of the truck after being told I would. I had to call them every time for a different BS excuse as to why it was taking so long for my minute bumper issue to be fixed. When I came to the body shop to pick the truck up after three and a half weeks of waiting, the manager told me it was because he started working there two months ago and was "just learning the ropes". I still don't understand why it is so hard for someone to return a simple phone call.

  Does not honor a 30 day guarantee on a used vehicle even if the owner has been reporting issues during the full 30 day period. Horrible customer service.
