Adam & the entire Service Department did an outstanding job during my recent visit to Lewis Nissan in Beckley, WV. Their attention to detail & courteous staff is always second to none. I would highly recommend them without hesitation for all of your service needs.

I have purchaed a Nissan Rogue, Altima, Pathfinder, & now am the proud owner of an Armada & I couldn't imagine purchasing elsewhere. Clint & the folks at Lewis are great people! They'll take care of you before, during, & well after the sale!!!

Bought my vehicle on 6/3/17!!!! Great salesman "John" and staff. However, thought everything was fine after the deal, then I get a call from "Wells Fargo" (owner of the vehicle traded in) they informed me that they had NOT "received payment" and I was going to be listed as "30 days past due" if payment was not received in full by 7/15/17 (approx 5 weeks after the deal)!!!Something isn't "RIGHT" about this transaction!!!! Watch out!!!!!! Might consider another dealer!!!! Nice vehicles/salesman, but possible "shady" financial dealings!!!!! I understand this is not the "first time"!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This place will never get another penny from me I guess they feel that the 58.00 service charge for nothing is worth losing a good customer. Beware of the service Dept. I would drive a hundred miles to avoid this place. Hopefully the place will fold soon.

I would not have known the recall parts were available had the girl in the service dept. not told me. I was under the assumption they would not be available until Dec. This was a pleasant surprise. She ordered the parts and when they came in, she made me an appointment. The work was done in a timely manner and thus far I am quite pleased.
