Courteous associates @ check in. Accurate estimate of time and cost. Comfortable waiting area. Pleasant all-around experience every time I get service.

BUYER BEWARE!!
My granddaughter knew someone she went to school with who sold cars at L&S, but did not have established credit to do it on her own. I was willing to help her by consigning but told them I was staying out of state at the time and it would be some time before I'd be back home.
I received a call from him saying that if I gave him my info (ssn#, income, etc) and sent him a copy of my driver's license that he could just take the papers to someone there (a family member in Oceana) to sign my name for me, that they did this "all the time".
Having worked in banking for many years I knew this was most likely illegal and something that didn't sit well with me. I suggested he send the paperwork to me and I could sign and even have everything notarized. He said he wasn't allowed to do this, not sure why.
Fortunately she was able to find a dealer who sent the paperwork to me to sign as I had tried to do with L&S.
Not sure if this is their standard dealer practice or if she just got a shady salesman.response / report this review -

No better deals on the most sought after vehicles. L & S will give you the best deal without pressure, gimmicks or silly commercials. Just low pricing on dependable vehicles. #1 trucks in America with parts made in WV. Ask for Corey Hall. He's easy to work with, no pressure and knowledgeable about his product. He works hard to get you the lowest price, highest trade in for you vehicle and best financing. Very down to earth salesman. Remember Corey Hall.

I became an L&S Toyota customer back in May of 2017, I was treated with the upmost respect from everyone. Mike really goes above and beyond to get me in the most suited car. I am extremely pleased with the service here. Today I had an issue with my window, I came in told them what was going on, and they fixed the issue no problem. I will be a forever customer here.

We took our car to be serviced for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed! The service area was very nice and clean with 3 gentlemen there to help you. The gentleman that helped us, his name was Erik. He was very professional and explained everything to us that they would do and when we picked our car up he explained everything they did. I just really wanted to note what an outstanding job he did and what a great experience we had. Thank you!

Only use there bank to less had 4k and a 09 Chrysler 300C and would not trade wanted 15k down on a 24k car !!!!!!!

Everyone is extremely nice when I'm there. They call me by name upon arrival every time. The service guys are great as well as the salesmen. We bought a Tacoma in 2013 and the service was above and beyond. We are now looking to add another toyota to our family. Also the renovations made to the building were outstanding. I had the pleasure of spending time there today for a service and as always very prompt. Now to talk my husband into the car I looked at while waiting.

I always get prompt, polite service, salesmen are great. wait time is always less than one hour. Love being able to relax and have coffee while waiting, great friendly service men. Would recommend
