Hotel hot water took forever to get warm. They don't tell you but parking is $36 a day. I stay at Best Western all over the USA and sad to say I won't be coming this one again. Coffee pot in the room was discussing. Aqua food was good and the front desk gal was nice. Other than that, no go for me in the future.

The good-loved the oceanview with the wrap around balcony, extended balcony doors that open wide, the King size bed and huge closet. Now the bad, no microwave, ice machine was broken, check in staff's customer service was only adequate. Carpet was horrible and they do not serve continental breakfast (they serve breakfast in the restaurant for $14.99 per person). Also very loud at night, so if you are looking for a quiet place this might not be the place. Wasn't a bad experience but was expecting this best western to be like others I have stayed in.

Big fan of this hotel, the price was definitely right! Stayed for 10 days here over a 3 week period, i kept extending my stays. Location is fantastic and most rooms have a nice view of the ocean while ocean front rooms have an amazing view. Staff were great and very helpful. My only issue was resolved fairly quickly. Food at the pool was reasonably priced especially for Miami beach, I liked the chicken wings which came with fries. Rooms were well cleaned by maids. Only negative is almost all of the ice machines were broken. No resort fee which is unfortunately less and less common in Miami beach. I will likely be back next year :)

Location is perfect, it's right at the beach, the rooms are clean, ocean front rooms are amazing, the corner suit has the best view for both of ocean and downtown. Was impressed by having so many towels and toiletries, even a tooth paste and a toothbrush. Parkig is expensive, the pool is pretty simple. Overall great experience, would recommend and stay again

If I could give it negative stars I would! I paid for a balcony they bolted it shut so you could not access it but they had it furnished??? I paid for a sweet & it was 2 separate rooms with a door in the middle the door got pulled shut because they had a bathroom behind it well that door DID NOT have a door handle on the living room side it was a blank with no knob so it was locked stayed up till 2:30 / 3 in the morning with the customer service before they decided to break the latch to the security door & 1 of our beds was soaked in pee! I'm sorry that I didn't take more pictures to show you but I was too upset! I have stayed at best western in Orlando & loved it but this place was a NIGHTMARE DON'T GO THERE!

We recently had no power due to the hurricane and needed a place to stay. We chose this hotel because it was close to home. I'm so glad we did! The staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel is very modern and the room had everything we needed. I would definitely consider staying here again. They also have a laundry room which was great for us to wash our clothes.

I love this hotel and the staff was very nice!
I stayed at this hotel when going to visit family in Miami and I've got to say this hotel was great. Amazing location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel, and most of all very clean!

Room is great - spacious and well maintained. Parking lot is quite small and a tight fit for many cars. Pool is really quite small but access to the beach is easy and a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is a fair bit north of the main south beach area but there is a free trolley into the main drag thats a 2 minute walk away.

The hotel is very accommodating. Friendly staff and very helpful. Whether you come in before check in out flight leave after check out , they allow you to leave your bags in the bag check room to start enjoying your trip. Great location, beach just right outside the hotel

Cool hotel on the beach with an outside bar, in the pool area. Board walk goes to the beach. Rooms are updated and nice. View of the ocean was great! People were friendly. Price was good. Food in the restaurant was good. Parking garage is very small. However it works. I would stay again!

Hotel is well located it has beach entry. Rooms are clean and bed super comfortable I would recommend beach views. They offer breakfast and dinner with a small bar. It is about a 10 minute drive to south beach. The city has a free trolly that will pick you up in front of the room and take you to different locations. Parking is expensive at 34 dollars per day. But if you are willing to do the walk for about 2 blocks parking is 8 dollars in a indoor secure garage.

location was the main focus of booking at this hotel. also the price! you get what you pay for i may add. It was under some small renovations i think but the hotel rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The hallways and elevators stunk and were hot (NO air) the carpets in hallways were mildew/wet smelling also no microwave in the room but you do get a mini fridge. Staff was friendly. Some sketchy people outside the hotel on the boardwalk. Police were called, but nothing happened. Hotel had a strong scent of "headache worthy" scent that was being diffused. We arrived early and we were able to have them hold baggage until out room was ready.

Recently stayed here and had a wonderful time. All of the staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful specially Diosvany, he was awesome, Rooms are clean with very detail service every day.
The location of he hotel is perfect!
Excellent concierge service from Fernando meant we got the most out of the trip. Pool a good size and beach excellent. Would happily recommend.response / report this review -

We love this hotel! The view is priceless! The breakfast buffet is fantastic! We have been coming here for the past 15 years. Some of the staff that recognize us welcome us now when we check in. They always try their best to accommodate us with the type of room we ask for. We can't wait to go again!

Lead supervisor is so rude!(Krystal) the only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because house keeping is VERY polite and cleans the rooms very thoroughly but I would gladly give it a one star. Breakfast is not free ($16 adult $12 child a day) and parking is $10 a day. There is no beach access only a bay but there's a nice pool and a good view. I don't recommend staying in Miami although south beach is beautiful. Everything is so far away. I'm just gonna stick with staying a Fort Lauderdale or Orlando like always.
