I'd stay here several times. The last time in November 2017 there was a women in the front desk that didn't care that I was alone, pregnant and with a 2 year old, she didn't treat me how I expected.
The rest of the staff are great.
But thanks to this women I don't think I will be staying here again.

The room is okay and a staff is fine although they didn't give me enough information what I asked. The thing is that it is really horrible to park near hotel. However, there are two ways to park near hotel. Firstly, you can have a ballet parking in the hotel entrance. It is about 40 dollars for 24hrs. Secondly, you can park in front of hotel in the garage parking lot and pay it depending on hours. It is more cheaper to park in the garage if you stay under 16hrs. That's the one reason why I take one star off. Another reason is the hotel is not well decorated and furnished. If you need stuffs like boiling water or other facilities, you should ask it to the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel itself doesn't care about it. It could make you a little uncomfortable to you as I was.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Came here for our anniversary and things were just bad from the beginning. We were told we’ll get upgraded and then they lied and said there is nothing available. This is after a friend of mine was here and got upgraded as well in same time frame!!!!!

Oh and they add fees out of nowehere for everything and tell you “oh we told you about these fees”

Hot tub was nothing but an “ice tub” for two days straight. When you approach them they say “oh well send maintance” and nobody shows up at all.
Room service takes forever and they don’t have any hair brushes - these are basic items!!! What a disaster. Never come here for vacation!!!! A lot better options in the area.

Currently staying here. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the room is comfortable. I do love the proximity to the beach and the pools. The service at the counter and the restaurant is okay. Not as friendly and personable as I’ve come to expect from staying in the Marriott in Brunswick, GA. THEY were absolutely phenomenal! Here, they are not un-friendly, but not as welcoming or as helpful as I would expect from these hotels.

Also I was very lucky to be given free breakfasts with my stay, but where most breakfast buffets are available before 7am, this one starts at 7am. For a working stay where my shift begins at 8am and I have to commute, this is a bit awkward.

I needed a reservation in very short notice due to previous hotel closure (no notice). I was giving Sheraton the benefit of the doubt. My bad. Unfortunately I have to settle. First wrong room (my fault?). Put me in a cheaper room (actually on me). Did not find out until next day windows screwed shut, no working phone (valet/desk/room service) and lights out. Security, (questionable) A person lying on the edge of the pool until 8am. Customer service (customer comes 2nd). When i said how great the place was (not to push), I was met back (mostly) with complaint after complaint (what could they do). I wonder what tomorrow will bring

My first visit to Miami Beach and I chose this Hotel on price point and good reviews. It's has not disappointed. The location can't be beat as it's right on the beach which is only a few short steps away. The staff have all been very freindly and helpful. The room is generous in size and nice and clean. The only improvement I could suggest would be to the breakfast buffet, at the price I would have expected a higher level of quality. Overall I would highly recommend this location and definitely consider staying again if I come back to the area again.

Great location to beach and boardwalk. Pool is Ok. Hot tub was closed while we're here, but it was too hot to use it anyway. The ceiling in the lobby was coming down due to a water leak, which took up the majority of the lobby. Room was spacious but a bit dated, and the AC worked great.

Good value to be on Miami Beach. The facilities are a bit dated but well kept. We found the staff to be very nice and helpful. There is no private beach, which we originally thought, it's just easy access to the public beach.

Deceptively modern lobby, but the hotel had only 1 small working elevator, which just barely fit 6 adults; catching an elevator was a 10+ minute affair. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi area, with easy beach access, was a plus, but the poolside bar had nosebleed prices. Rooms were a little cramped, but the tub had rust stains and the windows in the room were literally screwed shut.

This was the hotel trip from he'll, I'm still here and I loved the vacation and wish I was anywhere else except this hotel..

DAY 1 No towels, couldn't wash up.when we got in, they said they ran out . Hallway dirty, our room carpet was stained, closet doors scratched you, grout on floor dirty, room outdated.
Day 2 No towels again, something about not having enough towels memorial weekend.
Day 3 room wasnt cleaned, of course no towels, according stopped working so we had to sleep in humidity and 85 degree weather in our room. Hallways still dirty not vacuumed.
Day 4 just waiting on the next day to go home.

    Pros the bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel. Beautiful pool with saltwater, good temperature. Nice gym around the pool. The beach is close to the hotel, after trespassing the city walk. But the service in the room was not satisfactory. Every day I had to ask for towels, the bathroom was not cleaned and the last night I had no toilet paper!

The SOHO next door has a night club and the music is very loud. Goes until 1am on Thursdays and 3am on the weekends. Do not accept a room on the north east side of the hotel, unless you're comfortable sleeping to loud music.

A good deal on the beach. The rooms are nice and I appreciate the free water bottles.

It could use a couple upgrades. Phone reception is bad near the pool. The key cards to get everywhere is a little inconvenient. A back stair way was wet and very slippery. The shower head is very weak despite the tub dumping 50 gallons a second. Toilet flush is a bit weak too.
