Always a great place. Recent renovations and hurricane repairs have made it even better. The staff is awesome as always.

Amazing view and beautiful venue. Dinner was good, not great though. The bread was overcooked and hard throughout. Pan fried snapper was good along with the grouper ceviche but the short ribs were overcooked as well and too dry for the outer layer.

Drink menu is amazing and we loved the cocktails.

They lost a star for repeatedly rushing us. We had an early reservation and they must have booked the table too early afterwards. We ordered their prices fixe and we ate quickly but some courses were brought before the previous one was finished. Plates cleared before both of us had finished the course. The bill was brought at the same time as dessert and 2 minutes later checked it to see if a card had been added It wasn't appropriate for a restaurant of that caliber.

We have enjoyed many meal visits (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at La Playa over the past 15+ years. Last night we wanted guests to enjoy LaPlaya for dinner but were so disappointed.
The beach setting has not changed but the new decor was shockingly stark and disappointing!

Food and service were fine but the warm ambiance is gone .. the new ambiance was very cold and sterile. The lobby and Baleens has totally lost its charm, beauty and elegance! We were actually embarrassed to bring our guests for dinner at what looked like a cheap cafeteria with pricey meals.

Doubtful we will return.

Love Love Love this resort !!! Top notch!! Only thing I didn't like was the guys out on the beach serving you. I was out there for 3 hours and not once was I offered a drink and my flag was up the whole time. A little disappointed. I checked in and I had to ask 3times for an umbrella. The guy giving me attitude when I asked for the third time. I wasn't rude at all nor demanding. But other than that I had a blast. Restaurant onsite was amazing. Perfect weekend

The resort is nice and the rooms are large, clean and of a nice size but the property is currently under major construction. Only one pool is open and relaxing is impossible with jackhammering 20 feet behind your poolside chair. Our "partial water view" room has a view of a wooden fence, you cannot see the water at all (but you can see into the neighbors living room)! The poolside dining and bar close at sundown but the fire pit area is nice. The resort is in a residential area so the beach is private but you are 20 to 30 minutes from Naples dining, shopping and things to do.

This was wonderful! My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. The service was great as was the location. I was 50/50 on the whole having to valet; it was nice sometimes but other times it would've just been nice to go grab the car and leave instead of having to wait. I wouldn't say that put a damper on anything though.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. The room service had a lot of pep in their step and it was always fresh and delicious.

The only thing we were slightly disappointed in was the clarity of the water; which I know, has nothing to do with the hotel, but I still thought I would mention it.

Maintenance did have to come and repair the shower, which was very tiny. The bathroom left a lot to be desired.

Nice place overall. The pools and beach are really well kept. Our room was large and comfortable. Bed was very nice. Only complaint is shower pressure was too weak. Service was excellent; everyone was very friendly and professional. I'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Besides spilling gazpachos on my dress, the dinner was fantastic! On the pricey side but it was worth it because you get good food and a spectacular view of the beach. This was my second time dining at Belline and I plan on going again at my next visit.

Nice comfortable stay. Excellent proximity to the beach. Great view. Great service. I only had a few minor complaints. The jacuzzi bathtub only had 1/2 the jets working and the frequent automatically included gratuity on already overpriced meals, and services. I was already paying a premium price for the stay, why also nickel and dime everything?

The jet skis were great, and well maintained. The wait staff were attentive. The food was good, but there are better options for similar $$$ around the area.

Overall, I will be coming back. It was a nice getaway.

I had lunch at their lower section on the beach followed by dinner at the 2nd floor restaurant for sunset. Both were incredible. The spicy chicken sandwich was light, but filling.

The 2nd floor restaurant is for club members only, but the view from below looked equally as stunning. Perfect skies, live music, great food and wine topped off my week in Naples perfectly.
