  The room was clean, comfortable, and large. It was located near the waterfront. The staff were friendly and outgoing.

  Red Roof Inn and Suites has an extremely professional staff. The room we stayed in was clean, and the pool area and surrounding garden area is beautiful.

  Front desk agent were extremely friendly and helpful , he was from peru ! Room was clean and updated . Public spaces can use some work !

  Police visited at least twice during our 3 night stay. One time, the officer was in flak jacket with an automatic rifle. After dark there were unsavory characters that were allowed to hang out drinking around a camp fire of sorts. I was scared to walk from our room to the front desk. The two things I seek in a hotel are "safety & cleanliness". This place offered neither AND came with a Naples price tag. :(

  My house keeper was very friendly, and very efficient. I asked just for towels and she noticed sand in floor from beach and took on herself to go ahead and clean floors. She was top shelf.

  The first night we had a room where the air didn't work. Front desk came up with some device and he told us the air was working fine. By 12:00 we were sweating. I went down and ask for another room. They did change rooms and the air did work alittle better. The first guy at the desk was not the most pleasant person to work with. The rooms we're clean. Showers work nice. Had a very nice pool, had places to cook out. There was a fire pit at the pool as well. I think the pool is the nicest part of this hotel.

  The middle drawer was broken in the room, no microwave in room, no continental breakfast or food vending machine outside? That was a bummer. However, the outside facilities like the Jacuzzi, pool , fire pit and outside sitting areas are pretty nice though.

  It was a clean Hotel right near downtown Naples. It was it an all of the goddamn right next door and out in the front parking lot there was an IHOP also. You have a nice pool, nice hot tub, and a fire pit. There was plenty of parking there also for a larger trucks and trailers.

  Great size suite. Close to downtown (drive). Relatively clean. Some of the stuff is worn. Mattresses are fairly hard. But great value.
