Love this little place. Right across the street from the public beach, great sunsets from the 2nd floor beer and wine Cabana bar.
Exercise room, pool and spa, WiFi , and complementary hot buffet breakfast.
    Many restaurants within walking distance.
Also, pet friendly. And you can bring the kids.

Lovely hotel. Bay on one side beach on the other. Free breakfast. Rooms large and well equipped. Swimming pool on site. The beautiful beach is just across the road. Easy walk to John's Pass or, if preferred, a bus ride. Buses run right past hotel and are reasonably priced.

I had to book a room here because my rental was being termite tented. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, the hotel was very, very clean and the pool and poolside bar were fantastic! This is a great place to stay and there are so many things to do within walking distance. If you are visiting Treasure Island, you can't go wrong here! Go see Leah at the pool bar and tell her Bruce sent you!

Nice rooms, patio's, big pool. Great location. Checked in late (after 11), and the lady at the front desk was very nice.

After a fast check in I arrived to a clean room with a balcony leading right out to the marina. The hotel sits directly across from the public beach and has a great pool and hot tub. Thanks breakfast was also fairly decent with a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a biscuit. Parking is free and easy right out front and there are tons of great shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Recently booked this location via Hotwire. Honestly I was a bit disappointed at first with this assignment. However, once we arrived I was impressed with the overall smell, and cleanliness of the hotel (even outside, free of cobwebs, dirt, clean windows, furniture, etc). We had a handicap room, so the shower floor and bathroom floor were one in the same, this led to some staining on the bathroom floor, but it was not "dirty". Bed was comfortable, prices were affordable, location was perfect, staff was friendly and accommodatable, and I would stay here again. The complimentary breakfast, could use a little tweaking, but for the price, I can't complain. HUGE bonus points, for having Bath & Body Works shampoo's & soaps. I hope you survived Irma.

I desperately wanted to rate this place higher because Sandy was outstanding with her service and attentiveness but due to the incident we encountered I just can't.

The room was nice, nothing over-the-top but sufficient enough. Located right across the street from the public beach access was convenient and very close in proximity to the better restaurants in town.

The issue in which we encountered was something was taken from our room and it was fairly obvious. The item that was missing was something that someone would've had to have gone out of their way to take and we called and alerted the front desk about it but they can only do so much at that point and time. It was not a big item or even a pricy item which is what stinks the most but the principle of the entire matter that something was taken from us is just a turn off.

Upon arrival we checked into room 119. I immediately was swarmed and bitten by fleas. I was informed by the front desk staff it was a pet friendly room and she placed us into another room. In the new room my son found a lighter, an open pack of cigarettes, and a condom wrapper under one of the beds.

The next two nights the hallway stunk of cannabis / marijuana. I informed the front desk twice and gave the specific room it was coming from. Nothing was done as it continued until checkout . All side doors were left unlocked throughout the night.

The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast and staff was friendly when you could find them.

    I would not stay again.

Very acceptable. Rooms are a little old. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. One major concern is that all the side doors are unlocked all the times. Not much security.

Discovered Treasure Bay while looking for a hotel for my birthday weekend. We were planning to bring the boat along and this seemed like a great way to worry less about finding a ramp to put in the boat multiple times throughout the week. Unfortunately, there was not a slip available for the two nights we were going to be there. We were not familiar with the area, so I asked for recommendations. It seemed like I was asking for something difficult, and with some convincing, the woman on the phone gave me two alternatives that were close by. I would have thought, being a "resort" that this type of inquiry was more common than the attitude I received when I asked for help.

The day we were to arrive, I called ahead to see if any slips had opened up, the gentleman on the phone indicated that there was one for the 1st night, but not the 2nd. We were about 2 hours away, and ran into traffic. I called, to let them know we would not need the slip. I was informed that they could not cancel/refund me even though I had just called an hour before. I explained the situation, and eventually, he agreed to not charge me because "he didn't want to argue with me."

When we arrived, we managed to find some space to park the boat overnight and enjoyed the hotel, and the area very much. The breakfast was surprising - sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels, etc on the first day and biscuits and gravy on the 2nd.

The hotel was clean and the amenities satisfactory. I would like to return in the future, but I feel a little customer service training might be in order. I am not a high-maintenance guest, but the attitudes of the staff are the most important part of any experience for me. I gave the experience 4 stars. It would have been 5 had I felt the staff cared a little more about our satisfaction.

Great place. Casual, friendly and across the street from the public beach. Hot tub and complementary breakfast buffet. Sunset bar is perfect for drinking a local craft draft beer and watching the sunset. Delicious seafood is a short walk away. I booked the Marina side and loved the balcony.

Absolutely amazing. We booked this last minute during peek Spring Break dates, and they still had availability. We were thoroughly happy with our decision. It is a great location, directly across the street from a public beach access. John's Pass is only 1 mile away. The pool and Jacuzzi area was nice and had plenty of sunshine! We had a Bay side 2 queen room with a nice view of a inter-coastal waterway. The beds were comfy, clean, and had awesome pillows! The bathroom was nice and roomy. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room also. Overall we would definitely recommend this place!! Complimentary breakfast too
