My family and I stayed for a week and loved it here. All balconies face the ocean. My kids decided not to receive CHRISTmas gifts and we took a family trip instead and glad we choose South Beach resort. Close to everything. Condo was clean and provided things we needed but didn't want to pack such as Beach chairs umbrellas dishes towels and more. Landry in each unit huge plus. Floor gets dirty easy from being on beach so bring house slippers. Had hammocks heated lovely pool, horseshoes shuffle board lush greenery Will stay again!!! Thank you south Beach!!!

Every room has a gulf view. The staff is fantastic! The rooms are very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Probably one of the cleanest and honestly best hotel I’ve been to. Staff was super friendly and the hotel it’s self is clean. We were wowed when we walked in our room.

We loved this condo. Everything was perfect for our family and we definitely plan on returning! The room was beautiful.. the view was amazing and the access to the beach was perfect. One of my favorite vacations by far.

Lovely apartments, all of which have a sea view. Comfortably furnished with lots of little extras like dishwasher tablets and a single use pack of laundry detergent. There are also folding chairs and umbrellas available to borrow from the friendly reception team.

Location was great, it's a little bit of a walk to get to the beach because of the protection zone, but it's beautiful and full of birds. We saw great shells on the shore and fish when snorkeling just offshore. The decor and room were nice and had all the necessities.

Beautiful condo.. Self contained.. Great home away from home on the beach with amazing sunsets Will come back again and refer friends and family to stay here.

We stayed here for three nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel room was neat, clean and amazingly well stocked including beach chairs and towels. I enjoyed all the games that were available including shuffleboard, ping pong, and horseshoes. The pool is very nice as well. The beach is a little walk away but very nice. I also enjoyed walking the trail behind the hotel. Treasure island has a lot of fun little amenities within walking distance. I would definitely come back!

We stayed two nights and had a great time. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked (it even had a washer and dryer). Had a great view of the beach and enjoyed the pool. Keep in mind if you book via their website that you won't necessarily get the exact room you picked. We thought we would be in the sixth floor but ended up on the third. View was great anyway.

Very nice condo with AMAZING view. Unit and building were clean and well maintained. Condo kitchen had everything we needed, and the condo had a large washer/ dryer and plenty of beach chairs and towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Rooms, amenities, and staff - all top notch. Our flight is canceled and they are holding our bags allowing us to use the grounds for the day! Super friendly staff and clean rooms/yard.
