Best place in St.Pete BEACH. Has three bars,afternoon and evening bands.Julie and joy are outstanding bar tenders,food is great.Eva always makes sure to accommodate my husband as he is ill.we are in our 60s,doesn't mean we don't love having a great time,we've been coming here for over 30 years. .always a GREAT time.

Went here for the bar, Jimmy B's on 3 occasions in Aug 2017. Great views (located on the beach) and live music. Deducted 1 star only because the service at the bar was not very good two out of 3 times and the food was so so. Otherwise a good time. You can't have it all!!

So far so good. Live band every night at the outside bar. Great music. Drinks and food are all very good as well as the people. All very pleasant. Room was clean and even had is own living room with another tv. Very good pricing also. Will definitely be back.

Good place to bring friends an party or hang out on the beach. Free cabanas or umbrellas /chairs with your room rental. Jimmy B's Beach Club has great drinks and fun musical entertainment. Was not a romantic place though. Beds were comfy and room was very clean!

We loved the location of our room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jimmy B's nachos SUCK and I was so mad we spent $13 bucks on them. Grateful Dead drink suggested by server tasted like a melted rocket ship popsicle, it was so gross. Most of the food was not very good based on our 5 day stay and ten people selecting menu items on the first dinner. We did love that the games are free in the Player's Club. The boardwalk bridge to the beach is great and the beach is beautiful. I enjoyed staying here. We will be back as much as possible since we are local.

We went ahead with our plans, based on reports from the hotel, a mere handful of days after Hurricane Irma ripped through. We were told all was fine. Not disappointed in the least. They took action quickly and it was like nothing ever happened. They also opened their rooms to many locals without power. The staff was wonderful and so was our stay.

Absolutely paradise beautiful palm trees nice weather. Beach was lovely, relaxing, calming restaurants was great. I really enjoyed Spinners and Rum Fish Grill they had great food..Beachcomber hotel was nice and clean could of been better with state of the Art amenities live band, banana daiquiri, swimming all day shopping was nice.

This is a Nice Hotel. The parking along the sides is odd but there is Valet available out front. The rooms are very nice and modern. The two pools are great and Jimmy Bs Bar is spectacular. I would definitely go back!

I liked this resort. I found the room to be spacious and clean and had no particular smell like some hotel rooms do. My room was close to the lobby and was very quiet. The parking area was very narrow and was a little difficult to maneuver an SUV around in. There were a few other minor things I didn't care for, but overall, I would stay again. The employees were very friendly and helpful!

Everything from the hotel staff, to the beach bar environment is top notch. Authentic people, great atmosphere and comfy stay. One of the best hotels and deals on St. PETE beach! Enjoy!

Great location. Fun chill beach bar with tons of cold drinks. Good sized pools with plenty of chairs. Nice clean updated rooms with lots of space. They have microwave and pretty decent sized mini fridge. Service was excellent. Will definitely be staying again. Nice relaxing vacation with lots of drinking.

Great beach front location. Clean comfortable rooms and very friendly helpful staff. Live music outdoors was fun but a little loud if your room is nearby and you are early to bed. Other than that our stay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint is that my stay was much too short. My party consisted of myself and my two brothers. Our room was big enough for the three of us. We had two bed and a separate room with a couch that had its own TV. I personally loved the outdoor chairs in front of each room. There was a cool fountain and multiple pools in the outdoor common area, and some attractive-looking plants and palm trees too. There was easy access to the beach and Jimmy B's Beach Bar was very spacious with a lot of seating.

I decided to try a shrimp cocktail and cracker platter at the Beach Bar for lunch on our lone full day in St. Pete Beach since it was marked as a "customer favorite" on the menu, and it was served to me on a decorative platter and tasted wonderful. Also, there was a singer and guitar player at the Beach Bar who performed cover tunes in his own unique style.

There were plenty of soda machines across the common area as well as multiple ice machines and at least one machine from which guests can borrow towels for the pool and beach using their room key card. Across from the front desk there was a separate lounge and bar that had a couple of pool tables, although I didn't set foot in there. But I did appreciate the 7-Eleven store directly across the street. Talk about a convenience store.

The Beachcomber may look low-budget and subpar at first glance, but it's the exact opposite of that. It's clean, comfortable, and the bars are a nice added bonus. The staff make sure to speak with the hotel's guests, meaning they care about customer service. If I would have had my own choice of where to stay during my weekend in St. Pete Beach, I probably still would have picked the Beachcomber. Do consider it if you're planning a trip to St. Pete Beach in the future.
