Awesome place, in January 2018 I will be there 5 times, never had a problem, everything is nearby and the rooms and staff are great, it's a great place to getaway with a bunch of good friends

The first time in my 14 years of living, the hotel has clean floors and the roons are amazing and there are perfect views to see the whole beach and the service is amazing!!

We picked this location for our vacation and we were extremely pleased with our selection. This hotel is very nice and offers a very classy ambiance.

Upon check in, the staff was very nice and provided A+ service to us.

We loved our SUITE; very clean and comfortable with modern facilities. I really loved our 2-bathrooms with the stand-in shower.

We enjoyed our ocean-side view. Although they're doing some upkeep on surrounding properties, our view was still nice. Also CENTRALLY LOCATED!

Nice building, very clean rooms, granite counter tops, nice couches, comfortable beds, super clean bath rooms, frosty cold
a/c, professional staff, great area. Nice gound level parking. Clean pool, couldn't ask for more. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience. Room was very clean and bigger than expected. Check-in was a breeze, and they allowed for an extra hour to check out later. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend anyone with a family to get the suite, plenty of room for a family of 5+.

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation. It was right across the street from the beach which gave great views, but made it cheaper since it wasn't right on the beach. The condo was kept up very nicely and everything that was needed for the stay was available. Only thing we needed was to purchase food for the week.

It was great. It was one of the best places in Florida that I was. My sister accidentally dropped her bathing suit on to the floor below us. The service was great and the manager got it back within the day. I personally really liked the pool. The pool was better than the ocean that was across the road. The view was great also because you could see the ocean from there. Their was also a coconut tree witch I thought was pretty cool. Over all best hotel I have been to.

This is our second time here
This place is extremely clean very well kept. The staff are very helpful. Has on site pool and hot tub. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. 180 degree veiw of the beach that you're right on. We
couldn't ask for anything better than this. I hope we can come back again next year. We would love to have this as our yearly go to spot. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay here.

Absolutely loved our stay!!! After having a few problems at another hotel down the street during my family reunion, we decided to move over to the Crystal Palms because we had experience there before and loved it!! We stayed here a few years ago as well. Both times we have reserved a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and have been very happy. The walk to the beach is nearly the same as it is when we stayed at another popular hotel across the street on the beach side a little further down Gulf Blvd. It's literally a few extra steps, and because it has a little bit of distance (1/2 mile) from Treasure Island Causeway, crossing the street to beach is more simple it's not as congested as the "T" there at T.I. Causeway & Gulf. We have started to recommend Crytal Palms to family & friends as well, including to those in the area, so they have a great new hotel to recommend to guests traveling!!!

It is fabulous for a getaway for a couple, but as a family with young kids we LOVE it. The full kitchen, washer/dryer in the room, and 2 full bathrooms makes it feel a little more home!

This is my go to place when I visit the Gulf Coast. I love that it is suitable for a family and features a full size kitchen. It is more so a condo versus a room rather which is pretty awesome. I have stayed here about 10 times and have always enjoyed it. Some rooms are better than others obviously. I prefer and end location and closer to the top the better (better ocean view). They have a salt water pool which is nice. I like that there are very few units (less than 50 I believe) making for a typically quieter experience. The only disadvantage is that it is not beachfront. You do have to cross Gulf Blvd to get to Gulf. Treasure island beach is a very wide beach also so it is quite a jaunt to get settled. I will say that it is very clean at Crystal Palms making it more desirable than other similar resorts across the street. I highly recommend crystal palms beach resort overall.
