This place is a complete horror show and the lady at the front desk Has things she is one of the most meanest cruelest Unhappy all bags I've ever met in my life I'm not usually this feisty but she bring the feline out of me and wouldn't let me check in to my room she came up with all kinds of different excuses not to rent me the room even though they charged my card And I seen roaches and rats horrible disgusting place in a rough area

The furniture had seen better days. The bathtub was gross. The ironing board looked as if it had doubled as a tv tray(yuck) No breakfast. Loud outside noise . Blow dryer MIA. The day before we checked out, they repaved the walkway with cement and I could not leave the room. Not real convenient.Crappy towels, crappy soap On the up side, our truck didn't get stolen and the bed was big .Yeah!!

They nice work with u if they charged u 2 was nice just sucked didn't get be there long only was able to get the room at 2 n I had leave around 6 am for work :( the room was clean no type of issues just some people didn't seem to know how drive there loved the king suite was worth it and the tub I cleaned it before I got in :) n 40 deposit

This is all I'm gonna say about this place: this is definitely a TWO STAR hotel. But hey, at least it's not as expensive as other nearby hotels.

I had the pleasure of being a guess at the Travelodge in Ontario, California from October 14 thur November 26, 2017. During my stay the proprietor and his family made this time period the most enjoyable days spent in Southern California. They make the best coffee anywhere in town and the rooms are clean and comfortable. In addition, the hospitality by the family members of the Travelodge and the accommodating prices makes lodging there a win win situation.
As a brother traveler I recommend this place of lodging to the Brothers of the Craft and there family members journeying through this region.response / report this review -

Owners/ management are super strict and unfriendly. They do not accommodate simply because it is a low price motel and people will rent rooms. Clean no roaches but be careful with the squirrley deposit procedure.

This place deserves no stars. First I paid for a non smoking room, and they gave me a smoking room, and then they argued with me. Then I nicely asked for clean sheets because they have stains and burn marks on the sheets, they said no get out of my room and stood in the door way. I had to call the company for my money back. Yes the hotel I went to next wasn't the best but at least when my son threw up I got clean sheets. I will never recommend these place again. They r disrespectful, not accommodating, and talk trash in there language about you when they think no one understands them.

This hotel was not up to the standards of Wyndham Worldwide and also to Travelodge Nationwide. The photos show a nice pool, but when you arrive you realize it is sitting in an odd location between their buildings. I never looked closer at it.
The rooms were below substandard. The blanket had stains on it and the pillows were obviously not cleaned properly but did have clean pillow cases on them. The soap was even much smaller if you can imagine that. The refrigerator which we were grateful for in the room, had two rusted shelves that we took back to the clerk. I am not going to say anything else about the property. However I have to share the experience we had with the Office Staff.
There was a father son staff that spoke in Indian-Nepal language and they literally argued in their language about everything. We had a reservation, we paid cash, and left our credit card for deposit. They would not give us a receipt. It was incredibly uncomfortable begging and then arguing with them that in Hotels (America) we get receipts. Then they said, we need $20 more cash to hold. When we did that too, they gave no receipt. I noticed that, and cane back down to ask them For one and they grabbed the original receipt and scribbled on the back of it something illegible. Then they pretty much threw the receipt back at me, as if I had disrespected them. Never once did they act professional, nor did they smile or seem to care to help us. They didn't even tell us our room number or point the way.
Please take notice of this review and continue to hold these Hotel Owners responsible for upkeep and positive business practice. If we allow this to continue, it will. I plan to notify Dunham as we are Dunham Timeshare Owners as well.

It's appealing on the outside..the inside of room was neat ..the only thing was my shower wasn't fully clean there was hairs on the tub and make up on the curtain..I didn't mind bcz I was too tired. I got a non-smoking room.. However the smell of smoke was definitely in the room lingering. And one thing I did not like at all is that they make you sign a paper that says YOU DON'T HAVE CHILDREN with you. It was absurd.

Christina was rude and refused to accommodate for a room downstairs because I booked with expedia. I told her I could not go upstairs due to a physical handicap right now and she literally told me I was not handicap. this person. should not be in the customer service Industry.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The blankets had white stains as you can see from the photos. The pillows had multiple hairs on them. The mattress looked burned from cigarettes. We had to cover the pillows with our own shirts.
The manager, Thomas, didn't let us switch rooms so we politely asked for a discount and he told us to come back in a couple of days for 5% off the bill. The only problem was that we would be out of state by then.
Thomas was offended because we complained about the stains. After a few minutes of trying to reason with him, he lost patience and said he had to go and to come back in a couple of days. Very rude and no manners.response / report this review -

This place is a joke! The photos online are better then the actual hotel. The room was hot, the blanket had cigarette holes, it was so small and just nasty. Never again.

Positively horrible!! Was called a liar and told that because I had a paid reservation my disabled father could not use his military or senior discount. They refused to refund my $90.00 and said to call the booking agent! Suspicious looking people walking around at midnight throughout the parking lot. I will NEVER go back there!!
