Standard hotel with good simple breakfast. The breakfast attendant and front desk agent at checkout, after 11am, was the best, she made my stay a positive one.

Close to freeway access. The beds were very comfortable. Cleaning staff failed to leave any soap after cleaning the room. Looked like pet stains on carpet in front of door and coffee stains in front of the coffee station. Carpet could use a cleaning, your feet get dirty walking barefooted. Not handicap friendly in front of room 118, raised section in sidewalk makes it difficult to walk or step up onto the sidewalk from the parking lot. Only found two handicap parking spaces and they were in front of the office and not near any rooms. Sound proofing could be better, you can hear people walking that are in the room above you, very loud.

Did not visit Best Western. Did eat at Goodfellows Restaurant directly across from the parking lot. Excellent service, great selection off the menu breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pricing goodworth the visit.

When we first checked into our room it smelled pretty smokey. We called the front desk and they got us another room super easy and quickly. The new room was much better. The continental breakfast is fantastic-- great options for a free service. Great location right off the freeway too.

No chance I would ever consider staying here again. Only good thing I have to say is the staff was very friendly and professional.
1. Walls are so paper thin that my daughter, her friend and I got woken up in the middle of the night and had to listen to our neighbors having sex and could hear every word they were saying. It was even better when they turned the TV on and we got to listen to snoop dog rapping on top of their noise.
2. Air didn’t work well in our room or our friends room.
3. If you are upstairs and people walk by your room you will hear it and feel the walkway shaking, especially if you are by the stairs.
4. The water in the shower would not turn all the way off so even with the bathroom door shut we could hear it. House keeping had to have known about it because it wasn’t a slight trickle however they didn’t bother to notify the management to have it fixed.
Trust me and pick another hotel!response / report this review -

Located right off the highway.. Room was nice with a comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is also an outside pool. Relaxed by the pool at night.. Great time

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean, with the exception of some dust on the ceiling over the beds. The beds were amazingly comfortable, as were the pillows. Shower was hot. Air conditioning worked really well. The property is well lit and we felt safe walking around at night to the AM/PM store across the street and to the restaurant across the driveway. The pool looked to be clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the property. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool while we were there. The free breakfast was better than expected and they kept coming in to make sure that everything was stocked during the breakfast time. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I really like this place and convenient for me and will stay again a few more times this year there. However there were a few things that got me. First the house cleaning did not turn off the alarm on the clock so when it came 6:15 AM in the morning I got woken up by the alarm (while I did have a late night the night before). Second the room I was in was next to the stairs and when anyone walked up or down the stairs in the morning my bed shook and that kept me awake. The front staff did help me out and got me in another room which was nice, but them if you sat on the toilet (hate to say) the toilet seat was not totally screwed down and it slid really bad. I did report that when I was checking out. Lastly, the parking area is small and if you come back late in evening you may (which I did) had to park outside the gate on as I call it the street area though the parking is on their property.
Other than that the hotel is a great location and so on. This is the first time I had problems at this hotel.response / report this review -

The only nice thing I can say is the walls were thick enough we never heard a sound from the adjoining rooms, and every room was occupied.
The air wasn't working properly, we had to go to the office to ask for coffee cups for the coffee maker, and the toilet paper roll holder was missing.

Staff was very nice and even juggled rooms to give us an accessibility room, which we forgot to request ahead of time. The room was warm, but the AC cooled it down to a comfortable temperature. The bed was fine. The wifi worked, but was temperamental to join from some devices. The place was non-smoking, bit another guest sat outside his room constantly smoking. It was across from a nice theme restaurant.

We always stay at the Hampton in Norco until their prices JUMPED. Our decision to try the Corona BW was a great success. Older facility, nicely updated. Super value. Quiet. Very polite staff overall. Great breakfast for the price. Bed was a bit soft for me at 215#.

Loved staying here. Very easy to access off the interstate, and very quiet. The pool water was always crystal clear and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. Front desk staff went above and beyond to be helpful and answer questions as well as accommodate the guests as needed. The Housekeepers were AMAZING!! We always came back to a clean room after our adventures all day! We will definitely be staying here again on our travels to California in the Future

Staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms in need of an update. Pool area is nice and is clean. On one stay, the shower didn't work (valve gone)-- upon reporting to staff, we were shifted to another room, but near the pool and breakfast room. This area is quite noisy. Breakfast is not so great-- very few fresh items (avoid the bagels), and on weekends the room is very crowded after 7am.
