Excellent location nearby bars, restaurants, and stores. The room itself was okay, it's 2018 No hotel should be using a CRT TV anymore. Staff was friendly, other guests were quiet. Overall a nice stay and I'd do it again.

Hot tubs in the room was awesome. The ladies that work here are very nice and accommodating. My husband and I had a lot of fun. There are bars within walking distance and liquor stores and the Denny's. Pool wasn't open which is strange because as we all know the weather is crazy in so Cali so it should have been year wind. But no biggie we still had the hot tubs.

Have stayed here on a few occasions. Have come back each time because the staff and management are always willing to work with us. Lovely people working here who will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. Have asked to change rooms once cos the air wasn't working quite right in one room and had no problem switching over to the next room. Parking is safe, considering the area can be sketchy at night. Can have some noisy guests as Downtown Riverside is nearby but can't blame them for rude guests.

There is no breakfast.. There was only one face cloth in a room for two people. The TV did not work. There was not even a box of Kleenex. The room was fairly clean but small and quite dated. I would not recommend.

Stayed for 1 night only last year. Nice and clean room and easy to park your car inside the square. Great motel theme and within 5 minutes drive from city center. One drawback the motel does not serve breakfast. The is a McDonalds across the street

I enjoyed the room. Didn't seem to have been vacuumed or dusted very well. Not an issue, I would stay again.

Nice big rooms love the Jacuzzi suites, we had a air conditioner issue and the staff moved out room immediatly. Only had thing is they accused us of stealing towels which we didn't when we moved rooms must have been misplaced

The staff was helpful and nice but a good majority of people who stay certainly seem like the shady type. I also believe there are people living there?? It was strange. The stay was convenient but I don't think I would come back.

A.C. literally fell apart. No plate in the microwave. Half the power plugs didn't work. Brackish liquid bubbled up in the sink at night. Chair was uncomfortable. Blackout curtains poorly installed. No breakfast, or laundry. Zip outa ten, do not recommend.

Liked my visit very well. Staff is very nice and polite. The room I had 117 was very spacious. Has a bathroom with a locking door and a jacuzzi tube in the main room shaped as a heart with jets. Bed was very comfortable and got a great night's sleep.
