I would give this a zero star but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at, at least 100 hotels in my life time and this was one of the worse experiences I have had. I requested a non-smoking room. The room I received had a non-smoking sign on the door, but it did not stop the ENTIRE floor from reaking like cigarette smoke. The room was clean and presentable, but the sounds echoed very easily and you could tell that the laminate that was in the room was not installed properly because it creaked and shifted in certain areas. The room itself was very large, but had a massive empty spot, which made the double size bed (I requested a queen) look extremely small and the room very empty. The bathroom was very tiny compared to the extra space that was available in the room. The noise outside of the hotel was extremely loud and you could tell there was no type of sound barrier in the walls. Then on top of it all, there were people partying and fighting in the hall all night to the point that one of the staff had to kick out a tenant which caused a huge uproar in the dead of night. I did not get any sleep, due to the tiny very hard bed, flat pillows, and the noise. I would not recommend this location to anyone, nor would I stay here again. I have stayed at quite a few Motel 6's throughout the country and I have never had such a bad experience.

Clean, spacious, and just like advertised in the pictures. Check in was simple. Had a snag with first room door not closing properly. Staff quickly issued us a new room.

Your hotel complex is superb, on many counts. As a minimalist and environmentalist I salute your efforts. While I realize that much of those efforts are driven by economics they should be recognized as true means to for a better society. Again, kudos. If you wish to engage further please email. My Mom and I recently stayed at your Motel 6 in Hesperia off of Cataba and Main I believe. The stay was great, short 1 day, staff was welcoming and coffee in the morning was good too. My only concern was the restroom in our room. It sits too low and there aren’t any hand rails or anything to assist elderly people to sit down and get back up. My Mom’s knees are bad and she almost injured herself when trying to sit low onto the seat, toppled over into the shower. Luckily and thank God she is okay. I would strongly recommend some type of handrails. Other than that, all was great and pricing too!

I am so ecstatic to have stayed at Motel 6 in Hesperia. The staff is incredibly professional and very courteous. But the BEST part is that it is PET FRIENDLY. I had peace of mind not only to know that my children and I had a roof over our head but my pets where with us as well. Thank you Motel 6 in Hesperia, Ca.

This is the worst Motel 6 I have ever been to. No hair dryer, no iron, and no alarm clock. The room was dirty and the laminate floor was so dirty my socks were black. The water never heated up in the shower and the walls were paper thin. I could not believe how loud this hotel was. I could hear the guy in the next room passing gas. I couldn't even check out because there wasn't anyone at the front desk. 30 minutes later, I just left a note and had to leave. I won't ever go back.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly.
The room was decent but I'm not sure I'm by staying at this hotel again. My bathroom only had 1 tiny towel. I had to call the front desk to request more.. No big deal about the towels. But.. I couldn't get over seeing a few dead roaches on bathroom floor.. I didn't stay the night. Just checked out and continued on my journey to my final destination. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was unheated. Jacuzzi was broken. Close to the freeway and shopping centers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I made a reservation to stay at Motel 6 in Hesperia my confirmation # was 4457M18395. I was working there for the weekend and didn't want to drive home. I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 at night. I was informed that since I wasn't there by 6 PM my reservation was canceled. And of course there were no rooms available. I didn't arrive by 6 because I was working. I have done this before at this same location and have not had a problem, why now? I held the room on a credit card and planned to pay cash when I arrived. I don't know who instituted this policy but it is ridiculous.

empty your trash cans out side, clean up all the trash in the parking lot. You have this fairly new motel I remember not to long ago when it first went up. From the looks of it, it look run down. My tub look like it had a patch from a hole in it.

Easy in. Fairly priced. Room LARGE in good order and A/C colder than Antarctica while blazingly hot outside. TV adequate. Had to keep one star cuz had a German cockroach visit. sent him on his watery way

I think any Bussiness should be able to take pride in its products it offers its customers. Judging by the condition (stained carpets, foul odour) of your establishment, I can't imagine that you do.

I love this location. It's near many restaurants and shopping has awesome 18 wheeler parking and the rooms are top notch with free wifi. Even with the current renovations being done to the room I noticed the construction crew was being as quiet as possible and they usually stop around 5 PM. I will more than likely be visiting this location again

Motel is in a convenient location. It has three stories with interior corridors. People at the front desk were friendly. Everything in the room worked and the internet worked. I prefer rooms that open to the outdoors because I don't have to share in the odors from neighbors' cigarettes or food. I also think interior corridors cause sounds to carry.
