It needs a major update, room needs cleaning, the door for the bathroom doesn't close, very small towels. Couldn't sleep people fighting on the second floor. The breakfast was in the small reception area. Not much selection to choose from. Not a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are Very nice, but the smoking rooms have an old analog t.v. in it and the non smoking rooms have a nice flat screen.

Staff at the front desk could be a bit nicer. Also, they didn't even ask if i wanted my receipt. I also forgot to ask for it. Everything else was fine.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms, smoking rooms available. Interior could be updated a bit, and our tv didn't work, but for the price I was satisfied. I'll be staying here again when I need.

Room clean. Facility clean. Very nice place. Free morning breakfast not so good. Out of alot of stuff and when I asked to refill yogert and danishes they said no. It was 730am. Other than that great place.

Over night stay. The room was clean but lock on doors didn't work good. The toilet seat was very loose and leaked water. Sink drain had a sewage smell. Very old TV and not good reception. Close to freeway, could hear the cars and trucks driving. Had to slam door to get it to close good. But it was a quick overnight stay.

Everything was good, price, beds, the room was large but the bathroom had to get fixed as there was no water coming from the shower. Called front office and no one came until the next day.

Sadly enough the overhead costs for lodging businesses must be a nightmare, because spending almost $75 a night on a room means you will get budget caliber motel status. It's obvious this place pays to use the HJ name. You just can't expect much unless you get a special deal or want to pay $125 a night at other places. Internet doesn't work, breakfast is embarassing, Indian immigrant owners receiving you have strange clipped accent speech making them hard to understand. Tv's are not flat screen( they are tube tv dinosaurs from the late 80's, early 1990s), bedspreads have holes in them, carpets are worn, the air conditioning machines are noisy and never turn off. But There are safes, fridges, microwave ovens in every room. Places like this don't like parties, guests. I don't know why

Let's keep in mind that this is a HoJo's in Norco, so let's keep our expectations reasonable. For $75, you get what you pay for. An older hotel that does not have any of the upgraded features you would find elsewhere. They don't even have flat screen tvs. The free breakfast basically bread and juice. It was quiet and located near plenty of options for food, so if you just need a cheap place to sleep and nothing else, this place works.
