This place is a dump. For 10 more dollars we could have stayed at DaysInn right down the road, wish we had. This knights inn is not updated, not remodeled in anyway. The only thing that was good was the Mexican restaurant next door!!!

Discriminated and judged by the front desk personnel. DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ROOM RESERVATION! The middle eastern man told my husband only 2 people were allowed in the room. Clearly we understand this concept. [Note: We were getting picked up by and uber as well as getting dropped off later that night.so we decided to check in. We can get our room keys and a parking permit and won't have to worry about it later.] The conversation resulted in, "I know your kind, I know your people. Your a gangbanger! If I see the uber in my parking lot, I will charge you for another room!" He cancelled our reservation as he did for a few other people outside who had just had some type of altercation with him. They drove 600 miles and he cancelled their reservation. We booked at a local motel 6 and paid a higher price. Many who were waiting to check in were considering NOT staying there from what they had just witnessed. Don't stay here! Avoid future problems.

If I give this place a zero I would. First of all when I stayed there. You know the saying good night sleep tight don't let the bedbugs bite. Well guess what they was biting the hell out of me and a few on my youngest. When I went 2 let them know I want my money back .I was told No Refund all they can do is switch my room. So I had no choice to stay the weekend with my kids. So I am letting everybody know don't even waste your money or time because believe me the way they charge it's not worth it unless you are desperate.#Good Luck

Both the owner and his wife were very nice. The only downside was room smelled like cigarette in a non smoking room.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel. Close to casino, many nearby restaurants, beautiful mountain view. Management offered good customer service; they are very courteous and helpful.
