Courteous & quick check in.Room ready B4 2pm. Fresh room & shower very comfortable king bed. Quite room good for a nice night of rest. Sunday 7/10 Ok breakfast..Ok thanks I will be back. There is a workout room, pool.WIFI ,all clean

The front desk supervisor, Yubitza is the rudest employee there and shes considered to be management. She did not help me at all with my problem but If you do go and stay there ask for Dailynn! She will help you and she's very nice!

The rooms are large and very clean. The staff were excellent. The beds weren't the best in my opinion as the mattress was soft and to bouncy. Walls are on the thinner side as you can hear phone conversations the next room over.

Came in for business meeting. I was greeted at the door manager was very professional. She guided me in the right direction and made sure my time there was comfortable and pleasant.

Check-in and check-out was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I didn't like that the suite did not have a door between the bedroom and the living room. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Free WiFi and breakfast was nice.

Was a little disappointed in the photos did not quite match the room configuration. Cleaning staff was not attentive to 5 guests in the room, so we constantly had to ask for extra towel each day. Otherwise it was clean, neat, and comfortable.

Very neat, an indoor pool to swim in and a hot breakfast every morning. Also you can buy wine, beer, soda etc quickly and conveniently at the front desk.

I wasn't notified of all needed when checking in. I reserved this room for a church event and my guests had a problem checking in. No one seemed to want to help. They did eventually get in, but after an extended time. Very unfortunate.

Location was easy to get to and near many restaurants and the Scandia fun zone. The indoor pool was nice and the room was very comfy and spacious.

Love the Indoor pool! Breakfast was great! Rooms were nice.. Beds were kinda weird and there was web cams all over which was kinda creepy but we just took em down

Many of the front desk staff are immature and exceptionally rude. I've stayed at this location many times but now the rates gave increased.
Most of the front desk ladies do not extend professional courtesy (especially the manager, she's quite rude and it's more than obvious she's in over her head)
•The beds are too soft and the staff isn't willing to control noise.
•The eggs are waxy, overcooked oatmeal
•Improperly stored cut fruit (so it has the taste of other items in the refrigerator)
•The sausage is generally unappealing; not browned properly.

The good:
•The Hotel has an indoor pool and spa
•The Housekeeping does a very good job maintaining the guest rooms (however the linen quality matches the bed, it simply isn't the best)

The worse
•During my last and final stay, their facility had a HVAC cover that comes off during windy nights, they placed me in the room and I heard it gang against the rooftop wall ALL night. In the morning, I could clearly see it. Maintenance told me it happens when it's windy. Well, fix it, right? Why place a guest in such a room? The front desk manager gave me $14 off my one night's bill. That's simply unacceptable and shows they lack hospitality. SpringHill Suites Hesperia staff behave like high school instead of a professional business.
