Great staff with many years of knowledge. Always improving facility.
Took a truck in for repair and the service guys were actually really knowledgeable and cool. They got my truck fixed quickly and I didnt feel like they stuck it to me on the price. Was a nice change of pace.
This place is really helpful for trailer needs, Rv supplies, and has a pretty quick turn around time and a really nice new facility for service. There only downfall is specifying what building does what, and having a host that open and happy to greet people. Otherwise it's 5 star.
My wife and I have been coming to Transwest Belton since August 2014 to either purchase or have service and maintenance done on our motor home. Over that time we have come to know many of the folks that work at Transwest Belton and know who knowledgeable and dedicated they are to satisfying the customer. We will never go any where else to have work done on our motor home.
Exceeded expectations. We needed an awning reattachment after a rookie mistake on my part. I found they were a Roadtrek dealer/service facility and made initial contact on their website. I received a prompt call to schedule an appointment. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in during their busy winterizing time as we were passing through the area. They were friendly and professional. Our issue was resolved in a timely manner while we waited in their comfortable customer lounge. I received a follow-up call this morning to make sure everything was satisfactory. It is. Thank you all.
Everythung you need for your RV and trailers. From high end to economy class they repair it all. Excellent parts shop.
Really disappointed with the service department. Brought in our camper for an insurance claim for hail damage- no prior history of problems or leaks. Transwest service Joe told the insurance co that it was 'his opinion' the damage had occurred over time. Upon further follow up, we discovered that they did not even address the hail damage and leak location we reported- their opinion described a completely different portion of the unit. Adding to the issue, Transwest left our camper out in the elements uncovered for weeks. Now we have a claim refusal from our insurance co as well as additional damage from the elements while it was on their lot. They never provided updates to us and never told us that they believed the damage was old. We were not given any opportunity to provide details or explanations prior to them making a declaration with their 'opinion' to insurance. Poor (read non-existent) communication.
Andy in service was very friendly and accommodating. They took care of my trailer lights and broken skylight in little over an hour. Glad to have a service option like them in the vicinity.
Nick Neuhalfen was very knowledgeable about the products as well as the services provide at the facility. He was polite and friendly.
Spring 2017: The only thing better than never making a mistake (and who EVER does that) is knowing how to fix it - promptly, courteously, efficiently and honestly. For that reason, after a blip, Transwest remains my RV service center of choice. Good job, folks!
Summer 2016:This RV dealership appeared in KC a few months after I bought my new Winnebago View in Forest City (from Lichtsinn, also awesome, but 400 miles from my home). I am SO GLAD to have this local service resource! I've been in twice in the last two months for what turned out to be little problems, and both times they got me in right away. Each time, I waited only 10-15 minutes (unheard of!) and the issue was explained and solvedno charge. I will be back to Transwest for every single future RV need.
Looks like this place has some nice options, too bad I'll be heading to another dealer. No one bothered to help me. Walked around for 20 minutes.
Stopped by on our way out of town to have wheel bearings checked on our tow-behind camper. They were very quick and helpful. Turns out all we needed was a little grease. I asked when they were done, "what do I owe" I was told, "to have a great trip." We will be back to spend money.
I would like to thank Brian and Eric for the best experience at finding the motor home that fit us the best. They both went the extra mile to help us and answer any questions. Eric even stayed late answering our questions and letting us go through the coach we feel in love with.
Working with these friendly people make it a pleasurable experience.
Also Randy in the service department is the best! Took his time explaining everything at our pickup time.
A really big Thank You to Eric!! We love our new coach!!!
These guys are a great RV service shop and very customer oriented. They were able to schedule my RV to be serviced within a day of me calling, and called first before doing any work. Got it fixed in a day, after my repairs I did have a small issue with my fuel pump not being grounded, but Shane the mobile mechanic drove out to my appt the very next day first thing to assist me further and fix the problem without asking for anything more. Great guys, was helped by Andy the service desk, and Pat over the phone. Would use again!
