Just bought a car here around two days ago. Smooth process, polite team, and a stellar auto. They don't put trash out on their lot. From the cheapest car they sell to the most expensive - if it's for sale here, you can be confident in the cars quality and maintenance history.

Bought my BMW in April and could not be more pleased. Low mileage car 10,000 miles, at a reasonable price. Have been back twice for minor issues that were corrected promptly by pleasant and knowledgeable staff. No charge and my car was washed!

Cars are garbage and priced in the excellent condition range. Went to buy a 5 series BMW that was told was extremely clean, but it was trashed.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Drove a hour to Encore AUTO to look at a 2004 Pontiac GTO with an discussed offer of 13,500 out the door. Sales man Dan then called me the next day after I set up an appointment to tell me his "manager" may not pay the full out the door price and there might be a few hundred dollars more then we discussedokay that's fine a few hundred to close a deal I get to the dealership today on time for my appointment and Dan completely went back on our offer!! He now tells me the GTO is 15k plus out the door!!! $1500 more then what we agreed on 13,500 out the door!! What ever happened to just a few hundred dollars difference?!? Going to encore was a complete waste of time and money!! Sleazy and unethical business practices that give all car dealerships a bad name!!!

This service visit was a pure pleasure. The car was ready when promised and the cost was very reasonable. Plus, I was not pressured into 27 other services like they do at BMW and other shops.
