  Had my 911 Porsche Convertible serviced again on November 14, 2017 by Suncoast Porsche! Just wanted to say Thank You to Pete Pomante for his True Professionalism and Caring Attitude! Not only did he resolve my back window motor Issue within 36 hours, he also provided me with a Beautiful Macan Loaner! THANK YOU PETE!

  I dropped off my $100,000 Porsche 911 Convertible on thursday august 03, 2017 to jason fleming service rep., for a 2 year standard, 12 point inspection/oil change! Two hours later, I was emailed by jason, my car came back perfect from 12 point inspection, with the exception of needing some windshield wiper fluid and that it would be $1000 plus TAX for the 12 point inspection and oil change! I Kid You Not! I emailed Jason back and said YOU better itemize EVERYTHING your service department does to my car! His next email is SunCoast Porsche is required by Corporate Porsche to Bill a minimum of 4 Hours @ $139.00 an Hour for All 911 2 Year Service Inspections! Add in the Oil, Brake Fluid, Window Washer Fluid and New $97 windshield wiper blades (required) and they get You to $995 plus TAX for a Total Charge of $1064.65! I guess Suncoast thinks if You have the $'S to Buy a Porsche You have the $'S to Pay EXTRA for a 12 point inspection, oil change, brake fluid change, and windshield wiper fluid and New Wiper Blades (required)! Buyer Beware for I will NEVER Allow Myself to be Ripped Off By Suncoast Porsche Again!

  Okay overall but the trade-in offer they made was insulting. We decided to go elsewhere. A couple hours later we were in a new Mercedes. Two days later, we got a call from the salesman. Having worked in sales for three years, I lived by ABC (always be closing) and follow-ups. They just did not seem to have any motivation to make the sale. I am glad it worked out as it didwe did much better.

  Once again, I received the red carpet Superior care and expertise on my Volkswagon Sedan which I purchased last fall from Suncoast Motorsports in Sarasota, Florida. I am an extremely happy customer with this dealership from the moment I purchased the car through grand salesperson, Ro Byers, who took care of every detail I would ever need to have a great shopping/buying experience! Ken Levine has been guiding my care and superior upkeep of my vehicle, so that I know that I can have peace of mind, continuing to drive a car in excellent, safe condition! These things are important to me in my daily routine. I highly recommend and commend these 2 individuals on their caring, expertise, and follow through in owning the best car I have ever owned. With the team at Suncoast Motors, a person like me can only have a big thank you for honest, the best of the best dealership in Sarasota, Florida.

  Susanne was my sales person, and she was exceptional. She made sure I understood everything throughout the process, and contacted me a few days after the purchase of my vehicle to check in and be sure everything was on target for my window tinting appointment, and scheduled it for me! The entire sales team at the dealership as a whole are wonderful; including Susanne, Chuck Kennedy, and Apryl, just to name a few.
  I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle for a good price, in a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. I love my new VW!
