Awesome customer service - I personally recommend Mr Ralph Ramirez - he's the best - he delivery a personalized service and he really take care of his clients - during and after the deal it's complete. He treated me like a his family member and really help me to get a good deal. Highly recommend this dealership!! Chris Lumpkin was my salesman and was so nice and helpful and took time to understand what I was looking for. I had been shopping for a used vehicle for a few weeks. I left several dealerships because it just didn’t feel right. I found a very fairly priced 2016 SUV at Venice Toyota. Roman and I hit it off right away. I told him what I needed and he delivered. No salesman BS. It was just a good deal for both of us. I was in and out of financing and on my way home with my new car. Very awesome experience.

I am blown away by the staff at Venice Toyota. Ralph, the Internet Sales manager is phenomenal. He wasn’t in the least bit pushy. Knowledgeable and kind, he made feel at ease right away. Then he put me in the perfect car. I am beyond satisfied, I am elated! Daniel, who handled the business end is also kind and caring. He went way above and beyond to make sure my payments were within my budget. I highly recommend doing business with these guys. Their personal touch makes all the difference.

What an amazing experience I had at Venice Toyota! From beginning to end it was the best car shopping AND buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was so kind, courteous, and knowledgeable but I have to say that I think the "star of the show" was my salesperson, Ralph Ramirez. Never pushy and didn't do the hard sale. He just simply listened to me and what I was looking and he made it happen. The thing that I really like about Ralph is that he truly cares about making sure I am happy. Even after the deal was done and the vehicle was in my possession. He personally called me to make sure everything was okay and that I was still happy with the purchase. That is world class customer service in my opinion! Well done Ralph and well done Venice Toyota! When I am ready to buy again, I will be back on your sales floor!

We walked into the dealership with an idea in mind but without any expectations. We were greeted by Mr. Randy Harden, who immediately took us to the cars we wanted to see and gave us a test drive. When we sat down to discuss numbers, he didn't hesitate to work his magic and get us exactly what we wanted for our budget. He was extremely friendly and the service he provided us was superior. We'd highly recommend Mr. Harden and Venice Toyota.

Mike Varga was very personable, thorough and patient. He answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed or incompetent. We were there for an entire afternoon and he never made us feel as if we were taking up too much of his time. The tutorial he gave us in the car was very complete, answering our many questions by explaining and demonstrating each one.Mike assured us we could also call him at any time if we had more questions or needed further explanation on any item. He went above and beyond and we were very happy with him and would recommend him to friends without hesitation.

One of the best car buying experience ever from my email to out the door with my new car. Vinny was our car buying experience guru and he was fantastic. Felt absolutely comfortable with him, never felt pressured. He was very knowledgeable. When it came to the $$$ we had Kyle. Who was just as good as Vinny.
