Came in to look at a new truck after my old frame rusted out. Toyota stood by its warranty and i got a good trade in. Test drove a Tacoma TRD off-road, came back a week later to buy it. Salesman Joe is a good guy, very knowledgeable and got me in the truck I wanted, no hassle. Service department was quick and gave me a loaner for the day when I got the undercoating done.

Steve was very helpful and professional over the whole process. When I arrived the Toyota dealership to check the Tacoma I saw it on the lot then go look around it instead of went into the showroom. Steve saw me and came forward greeted me then offer a test drive right away. End up buying my Tacoma from him. I would definitely recommend him to friends if someone is looking for a car

Get everything in writing, they are untrustworthy and dishonest. They still use bait and switch, go over every option with a microscope. It will go from how can we earn your bussiness to sorry the car is yours and there is nothing I can do.. well do yourself a favor and go elsewhere don't let them take the joy out of buying new! When they make a mistake its all on you. Contacted better business bureau and there response back was also dishonest, said options were gone over three times, and paperwork was provided to take home. That is completely untrue. Its amazing how a simple mistake turns into a complete fabrication from someone who calls themselves "your trusted Toyota dealer". Update: Just read the response to this review. Are you kidding me? The last email from your sales manager stated Toyota of greensburg will do nothing because of the unfavorable review I gave your dealership on corporate level. The only option given me, was to trade in my truck that I owned for a week. Now you want me to call you. Do you not have my phone number or email? Your sales manager certainly does. This seems to be an attempt to look sincere just for other readers?

Great car prices bought my new Corolla there a few months ago. They are cheaper than anyone else I shopped around or talked to. The store is clean people are nice. My sales guy Paul took his time going over everything making sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I did not feel any real pressure to make the purchase just knowledge that it was a great deal and bonus they gave me what I wanted for my trade! The experience was great. Took my car back in for it's 5000 mile check up quick and easy. Waiting room is ok they have the usual coffee and popcorn there are chairs and a TV set up clean public bathroom. Still happy with my car and when I'm ready for a new car will be going back.

Be prepared to wait around an hour for your car to be serviced. They specifically said the car would be done by 1pm and that we would be off the lot within the hour. It is currently 2:15 and I have no word about my car nor have they let me see it. I'm giving this 3/5 simply for the fact that the salesman are understanding and apologetic. However, the auto shop decided last minute to inspect the car and to replace what needed to be done. This could have been done the day before or this morning.

I just traded my 2016 Camry in for a new 2017 Camry. The process was easy, fast and painless. Not only did I get into a new car, I also lowered my interest rate and kept my payment the same! My sales person was Marina. She was pleasant, profession and efficient. If you are looking to buy a new Toyota I would recommend both Toyota of Greensburg and Marina! I give Toyota of Greensburg and Marina 5 Stars!!!

I leased my first Toyota last week. I went from a BMW X3 to a Toyota 4Runner and couldn't be more pleased. I actually drove an hour to purchase from this dealership instead of my local dealership because they were highly recommended. Marina was my salesperson and she was fantastic! This was the least painful car buying process I ever encountered! I am very happy with my vehicle and highly recommend Marina if you are in the market to purchase a Toyota!

Excellent Service, yet again! I took my vehicle in for the routine 15k service appointment as well as a Complete Vehicle Detail of the inside and outside of my 2015 Toyota Highlander. Buying a new car is a very stressful experience, but my salesperson, Mr. Tell, helped considerably with alleviating that stress. I absolutely did not feel the unwanted pressure that I have experienced elsewhere. Because he took the time, I felt like a valued customer. I had purchased from Honda in the past and actually planned to buy another Honda. On a last-minute whim, I looked at Toyota. Mr. Tell made the whole experience much more pleasurable with his friendly and caring "roadside manner."
Also, a manager named Peter was very friendly and considerate, asking if he could get anything for me. If you want a pleasurable experience with no BS, Greensburg Toyota is the place for you.

Best customer service. My wife and I came in to search for a vehicle we were interested in. Devin came to us and helped us just shortly after we roamed the grounds and viewed some cars. He was so helpful on answering all our questions and showed and took us for test drive. After we found the car we liked we discussed price and finances.
The process from searching to viewing & test driving to purchasing the car was un-rushed, smooth and comfortable. Devin was very honest and courteous during the whole process. I would recommend speaking with him if you are searching for a new or used car at Toyota of Greensburg.
Our experience purchasing our new car here has been a pleasant one. This was a bit of a trek for us to get to but it was worth a little drive to get the price and great treatment.
